    I purchased a woodland product by choosing cash on delivery option. The details of the product are as follows.

    The said product has been delivered to me on 17.08.2022 and I made payment to the delivery personel. But still the product is being showed undelivered in my account at the woodland site.



    Further I didn't like the product since the product is not same as expected and also not comfortable. I have already mailed product images to woodland care but not getting any revert from woodland site.
    And customer care toll free no also not getting connected.

    This is very bad response from woodland if they can't serve to customer they shouldn't run the online business.
    I again request woodlend official to look into this and make arrangements of return the product and refund my amount.

    I ordered a pair of shoe from your online site. It was a prepaid order and the registered mobile number is 9910852525. It has been more than a week and the order is not yet confirmed at your end. Even the order number is not generated. It is almost impossible to contact your executives as the hold period for calls is unbelievably long. Your replies to the mails are also very vague.
