I ordered a pair of shoe from your online site. It was a prepaid order and the registered mobile number is 9910852525. It has been more than a week and the order is not yet confirmed at your end. Even the order number is not generated. It is almost impossible to contact your executives as the hold period for calls is unbelievably long. Your replies to the mails are also very vague. Kindly tell me the details of order placed or refund the money. I have already spend enough of my time and energy on it. If this matter is not resolved soon I will definitely take it to consumer court and I am really willing to take it that far.
Please reply as soon as possible.
