Complaint Net Banking failed status money not return to me

    Respected Sir
    I was pay payment through Reference no JSBI56434035339IGABZCLD4 Rs. 399/- to Jio Net Balance through Net Banking.
    My account was Debited but Jio Care says that it is failed status.
    when we asked the bill desk care center
    those says that
    Dear Customer,

    Thank you for writing to Payment Gateway Support.

    This is with reference to your e-mail dated October 20, 2017 regarding the payment status towards aforesaid merchant.

    We have checked the transaction details and find that the payment has been successfully settled (Delivered) to the JIO merchant via transaction reference number: JSBI5643403539 for Rs.399.00

    If you have any query, kindly contact JIO merchant with transaction id BR0000DBWQX7 and seek their advice in this regard.
