    I have purchased a Crompton 25 liter geyser in December, 2015. The geyser has been leaking for the last few days and I had lodged a complaint on 18th October, 2017 (No. 1710093977) which has not been attended to so far. I called Crompton helpline this morning and was casually told that it would be attended to by this evening.

    I would like to point out that since purchase, the tank has been replaced once and now there is leakage, apparently from the tank again. It has been an absolute nightmare to have bought a Crompton product. When I tried to contact Crompton customer care this morning, I was given a waiting time of 5.20 minutes and I was the 40th odd caller in the queue. I realised my mistake of buying a Crompton product by the number of callers in the queue. No wonder, many more customers like me are unhappy and dissatisfied with Crompton products. I am placing this complaint that my complaint has not been attended to in the last 6 days. Besides, I am also reserving my right to highlight this in the media and take action in Consumer Court.
