    I have purchased a Crompton 25 liter geyser in December, 2015. The geyser has been leaking for the last few days and I had lodged a complaint on 18th October, 2017 (No. 1710093977) which has not been attended to so far. I called Crompton helpline this morning and was casually told that it would be attended to by this evening.

    I would like to point out that since purchase, the tank has been replaced once and now there is leakage, apparently from the tank again. It has been an absolute nightmare to have bought a Crompton product. When I tried to contact Crompton customer care this morning, I was given a waiting time of 5.20 minutes and I was the 40th odd caller in the queue. I realised my mistake of buying a Crompton product by the number of callers in the queue. No wonder, many more customers like me are unhappy and dissatisfied with Crompton products. I am placing this complaint that my complaint has not been attended to in the last 6 days. Besides, I am also reserving my right to highlight this in the media and take action in Consumer Court.

    In warranty period the gyeser is defected so I
    apply to repair the damage is done in gyeser

    Instant geyser is leaking. repaired on 17-03-2018 but started leaking from 19-03-2018. Address Flat 202 B Empress Towers, Toli chowki. Contact No. 9441394640.

  • CROMPTON GYSER NOT WORKING

    I am from Gurgaon(Haryana) and bought Crompton Gyser-SWH-915S on 07-07-2017 from dealer and since than 03times it has stopped working and complaint was lodged. Now situation is such that in a span of 1.5 years since i bought this gyser, now its not working at all. Raised complaint and Crompton service engineer visited last week , did something and it worked for a day and now again not working. After asking him why it is so then he told that the dealer has sold me 03 years old gyser and now this is not under warranty and over and above now this model is obsolete.This is a Big shock for me. It is my sincere request to the COMPANY representative that please resolve the issue at the top most priority.

    I HAD COMPLAINT ON 29 NOV 2018 BUT NO ACTION YET NOW TAKE
    ONE PERSON CAME TO MY HOME WITHOUT BRING ANY EQUIPMENTS AND HE SAID THAT HE WILL COME NEXT DAY BUT TILL 21 JAN 2019 NOBODY HAD COME
    I HAD COMPLAINT SO MANY TIME FROM DEC 2018 TI 21 JANUARY 2019
    CUSTMER CARE PEOPLE ALWAYS SAID THAT THEY WILL VISIT SOON IN YOUR PLACE BUT I AM WAITING NO PROGRESS
    WHAT A SHAMFUL SERVICE OF CROMPTION I WILL NEVER PURCHASED THIS COMPANY ITEM AGAIN IN MY LIFE I HAD USED THIS FOOD PROCESSOR ONLY 3-4 TIMES FROM TWO YEARS NOW BURNNING SMELL IS COMING AND NOT RUNNING
    I USED IT ONLY FOR DOUH MAKING ONLY SMALL QUANTITY

    Crompton gyser is not giving heat water while i many time use. it's in running condition but not heating water. please provide engineer for check up and solve the issue. it's winter time and solve my complaint urgently.
    My gyser is 15 litre ARNO.
