Complaint Non receipt of payment for August, 2017 bill by CESC

    This is to inform that Rs.1130/-has been debited from my UBI S/A No. 0494010263313 on 12.09.17 at 2.22 PM on account of Elect.Bill Payment for August 2017 to CESC through internet banking. I have received confirmation from UBI regarding successful transaction through the mobile message. Also, my bank Passbook shows the details.

    On enquiring, I came to know that the above Rs.1130/- has not been received by CESC neither I have received any information from the bank regarding cancellation of the transaction.

    Hence please let me know what actually has been happened to ensure my next course of action.
