As earliear your representative/ officer visit the metre morning time i.e 8am to 10.30 appropriate but now a days your representative visit the metre after 10am it is probl to us because we are all engaged for other work service or business in that reason your representative can not seen the metre reading so pl.arrange visit the metre within 10 am.It is my request. This is to inform that Rs.1130/-has been debited from my UBI S/A No. 0494010263313 on 12.09.17 at 2.22 PM on account of Elect.Bill Payment for August 2017 to CESC through internet banking. I have received confirmation from UBI regarding successful transaction through the mobile message. Also, my bank Passbook shows the details.
On enquiring, I came to know that the above Rs.1130/- has not been received by CESC neither I have received any information from the bank regarding cancellation of the transaction.
Hence please let me know what actually has been happened to ensure my next course of action.

Therefore, Check my meter and Send revised bill as early as possible.

Since from 17/04/2018 8PM we have no power at my home of consumer no 62113041002. We had reis a complain of docket no 0418064518 at 8.30 PM on 17th April'18. Since then no service had been initiated in spite of several telephonic conversations done at 03326668014 & 03322256049
43 hours no power is not acceptable at all in CESC area. It is 100 % your system failure to provide emergency services. Kindly look into the matter immediately. My contact no 9007826151 -

All those sms are to me very much embarrassing and those spoiling my mental peace in regular basis which is in deed no less than a criminal offence
I already over phone instructed your company but you didn't adhere.
