Complaint Service issue

    1) I am on a official tour since Monday and is utilising Uber cab service but my mail id was not updated hence I tried but pin asked I could not recollect hence did forgot password and as directed in help option also did rides.Uber.com.

    2) I took a cab from my office in Hyderabad to Hyderabad airport and made card payment but while getting down driver demanded cash for toll charges but I inquired it is bill he denied and emphasis on cash which I paid INR 60 in cash along with cab charges via card which Uber is denying to credit me by penalising the driver by debiting his account.

    3) I booked the cab today but driver accepted the ride without dropping current customer on calling inform to cancel from my end as he will take another 30 mins to reach which I did however i had been charges with INR 30/- for the same thereafter I did not made any booking as the app was demanding payment of these charges of 43 if I do make the payment Uber will again deny to credit me as in above scenario hence went ahead with OLA.
