    I had a ride from madhuban chowk to mangal bazar indra park in uber pool and it was booked in rs.109 and paid 269 cash. The driver had another pick up there we wait for that passenger also and then drop that passenger first even our location was the nearest. It was taking too much time. I had lost my 1:15 hours and also paid rs.145 extra. There was mistake by the driver or someone else. I had suffered a lot in this ride.As you have mentioned to arrival on time but here I have spend my 1:15 hours. So I want refund my extra amount.plz take this as soon as possible on priority.

    1) I am on a official tour since Monday and is utilising Uber cab service but my mail id was not updated hence I tried but pin asked I could not recollect hence did forgot password and as directed in help option also did rides.Uber.com.

    2) I took a cab from my office in Hyderabad to Hyderabad airport and made card payment but while getting down driver demanded cash for toll charges but I inquired it is bill he denied and emphasis on cash which I paid INR 60 in cash along with cab charges via card which Uber is denying to credit me by penalising the driver by debiting his account.

    3) I booked the cab today but driver accepted the ride without dropping current customer on calling inform to cancel from my end as he will take another 30 mins to reach which I did however i had been charges with INR 30/- for the same thereafter I did not made any booking as the app was demanding payment of these charges of 43 if I do make the payment Uber will again deny to credit me as in above scenario hence went ahead with OLA.

    TODAY I BOOKED A UBER CAB FROM VISHNU GARDEN TO HARI NAGAR. I GOT A MASSAGE THAT DRIVER RAKESH WOULD PICK ME UP WITHIN FEW MINUTES IN MARUTI SWIFT DEZIRE CAR NO. 9199.

    I MADE A CALL TO HIS MOBILE NUMBER 9873 038096 AND ASK HIM TO UNDERSTAND THE LOCATION AS MOST OF THE DRIVER MISTAKENLY GO ELSEWHERE.

    HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD FIND OUT THE LOCATION AND DID NOT HEAR ME PROPERLY.

    THE AFTER THAT FROM 13:50 TO 14:34 I MADE 12 CALLS TO HIM I HAVE DETAILS OF THOSE CALLS . HE DID NOT RESPOND.

    I WAS GOING TO SOME IMPORTANT BUSINESS MEETING AND WHEN TALKED HIM I TOLD HIM THE SAME THAT DO NOT WASTE TIME .

    HE DID NOT RESPOND MY PHONE CALLS AND LATER I CAME TO KNOW THAT HE CANCELLED THE RIDE.

    THIS IS QUITE UNPROFESSIONAL FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDER LIKE UBER.

    I MADE A CALL AT MUMBAI OFFICE ON PHONE NO. 022 33992233. THE LADY ASKED ME TO SEND AN E MAIL.

    I MISSED THE MEETING WHICH CAUSED ME A HUGE LOSS IN BUSINESS.

    WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

    Uber Fraud:
    An Uber trip from Bangalore Airport to SNN Raj Serenity, yelenahalli village cost me almost twice of what Uber shown me while booking.
    At first it seems to be a case of driver taking longer route, taking tolls and then the final reciept includes the extra distance and the already paid tolls.
    While all these are true but it's more than that where Uber also cheats you along with it's driver.
    So Here it all started:
    I booked a cab from Airport to my home for my in laws using Uber App on my phone. The amount shown during booking was 850 Rupees, while OLA was showing it around 1000 at that time.
    Cab started at 3:58 PM and reached to my home at 6:06 PM that can be seen in the time of receipt generation that they provided me.
    On the way to home the driver took toll charges (around 200) from them once at airport toll gate and another at nice road. Now first of all they are not supposed to take toll charges and when i spoke to driver later he said rules have changed and now customer has to pay the toll from 1st Feb. Again going to my house taking Nice Road is not at all imaginable while coming from Airport. Just look into the map and you'll understand.
    So, when the driver shown final bill of 1580 rupees on his phone i can understand this to be true but why should i pay the extra chareges if i just asked to go home while the driver has taken them to Bangalore Darshan instead.
    Now I thought to complaint to Uber for the extra distance and the toll charges as they have got these options while asking for refund in their help section.
    But here is what i see that intially thought to be a technical issue but later i could understand to be Uber Fraud that they might be doing to many of their customer.
    I had got a receipt of Rs. 326 rupees that includes 164 Rupees of toll charges and a drop location just before airport toll gate at 4:05 PM. The mail has come just after my family reached home at 6:06 PM and when i tracked the cab at 6 PM, it was showing to me still the destination as my home and that it is still ont he way so it's not possible that the trip had got ended by mistake at 4:05 PM.
    Now i know that Uber has got all the ways like checking with driver, checking their system for recipet generated for driver and customer, tracking the cab for the duration of travel, etc. to resolve the issue if it was just some technincal glitch but they seems to be for some reason not ready to look into the matter.
    Any questions asked to them get you a standard response that any amount paid over the final share shown on the driver's screen is your mistake and they are not ready to accept that the driver's screen had an amount of 1580 rupees on it and hence we paid 1600 Rupees. Also the driver had given us the toll receipt that would not happen if toll is not paid by customer.
    Here are few questions asked to Uber that they are yet to answer and that exposes their fruad:
    1. If the amount shown during booking shows x amount how can you ask us to pay y, if we have not changed the route oursleves.
    2. If toll charge is forced to be paid by customer, and he has got the receipt also how can you not refund the toll amount charged in bill.
    3. How come the driver's screen and the final receipt sent to customer are different.
    4. How come the receipt sent to the customer says trip ended at 4:05 PM when the cab reached customer's home at 6:06 and the receipt got generated at 6:06 PM.
    5. For the receipt sent to customer, the bill amount of 326 includes 164 Rs toll amount while the drop location is just before Airport toll gate.
    6. Why are you not ready to ready to investigate the issue when there are clear technical issue like trip end time and receipt generation time and cab actually reaching to the destination while the receipt suggest something else.

    I had requested for a ride from my home to office at 2.30pm yesterday with Uber Pool on 18th April 2018 because my shift timing in office is 3'O'Clock.I saw all those things in GPS.He dropped his last ride near my location.And when he was going to far from my location then I called him and he said that he had a droped of Phase7 whenever I checked that no one was having ride with him.I saw his location of Near Ram Darbar around 2.50pm, Then I had tried to reach him so many times but every time he disconnect my call.And then I had canceled that ride again requested for new ride.And I was reached my office at 3.10pm was marked abscent.And I have lose of Rs2000 only for this ediot person.I want to my reversal from his end any how.Why do you hire those type of rider who does not know about the importency.Please take an action against this person and Reversal of Rs 2000.And I also want to a strict action and abscond his service from Uber.And please do not pay him for this week charge.Please check this and I will wait your responce till 48 hra Then I will have to esclate this issue in consumer court as well.

    Today I booked pool till chanakyapuri but the driver (Gautam) cancel the booking before reaching the place. Which is not acceptable and due to this I had to suffer. My define time had wasted. It will affect my work and priority.

    Moreover, you guyz are changing me the cancellation which is not at all acceptable. It's better waive off the charge, which is a force charge on us. It's a mistake from your driver.
    Else won't use your service and ask others not use Uber.

    I have been availing of your cab services regularly for over a month (between sector-19, noida (UP)-201301 to advant navis business navis park, sector-142, Noida(UP)-201301). it is observed that though the back seats of the cab have seat belt, but the hook to tie them is not accessible as it is inside the seat cover. it is advised that the necessary corrective instructions may please be issued to the cab owner/ driver for the safety of the passenger.

    M Really unsatisfied with ur services last 1 week bcz which Uber fare before 109 rs now its increasing suddenly 250Rs I don’t how it’s but last 7 days I use Uber lot so Uber rates very high for me if I book en the same ride if I book from my frands phone it’s very low I face the big problem
