Complaint Parts for my CRUX bike

    This is Kolkata based complaint. I visited the Topsia Authorised Service centre for Yamah Bikes on 09/09/17 for servicing. It was assessed that a few parts are required which was not readily available in their stock. Hence they will place order and i will be informed after a week to go again when parts will arrive for repairing of my bike. I waited more than a week but there was no news from their end. I then rang them up yesterday on 25/09/17 to know that they have no such record and my parts are not ordered. Luckily i had taken a photo of the details prepared by the service engineer who inspected my bike. After i showed them the photo their tone changed and then as usual we will try to get this fast etc. IS THIS THE SERVICE. MY BIKE MOBILE IS LEAKING AND I AM FORCES TO DRIVE IN THIS CONDITION + OTHER PROBLEM??? WHAT WAS MY FAULT TO BE FAITHFUL AND BUY YAMAHA BIKE CRUX WHICH IS NO MORE BEING MANUFACTURED BY YAMAHA, SO HOW WILL I ARRANGE PARTS. WHILE PURCHASING THE BIKE WHY WAS I NOT TOLD THAT CRUX PRODUCTION IS STOPPED
