Complaint Delayed in new connection of domestic gas line connection

    Dear Sir,

    I have been applied for the domestic gas line connection request in the month of June-2017 and my customer id is : 500001354798 Surveyor from Gujarat Gas Company came in June month and one minor point suggested to remove the marble piece near main gate of my house. That is removed on the same day. But after completion of 90 days still the line/gas connection not given
    There is no response from the Gujarat gas even after more than 5 times visited at customer care, but no any update given by the Guj Gas company either by phone call/SMS or email.
    My aged father and mother ( 70 + age) are suffering without gas connection and because of my frequent travel to other states, my aged parants are visited many times at customer care and waited more than 1 hour but still no result or update from your side.
    Please see the following 2 request no given by the customer care for your reference and do the needful as soon as possible. Anything required from my side at least let me know I will be ready at all. But please update…update..and complete the task.
