    Sir i Inform about Technical work of your deptt. that all Technical Person Recruit of Lok Sewa Aayaog of Uttrakhand . But in Your Deptt. Deputed Two Clerical Staff are doing Technical work like Vehicle fitness and Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving Test. They are Mr.Saeed Ahmad at Roorkee office,ARTO Office,Distt.Hardwar. and Mr. Deepak Sharma at ARTO Office,Vikas Nagar Office,Distt.Dehradun.
    Sir This is very Shameful for Uttrakhand Transport Deptt. That Non-Technical Person Doing Technical Work.
    Sir This is very Careless Mistake.
    Sir It is very dangerous for Public Life. So Please Take Proper Action at your end.
