I request you to kindly abolish this rule / bring alternative to this rule as more and more people are being harassed by traffic and other cops which promotes bribery culture as its difficult for people to adopt this.

सडक पर गड्ढो ओर धुल से परेशान
घोंसला । उज्जैन - आगर व्यस्त मार्ग पर घोंसला मे एक किलोमीटर तक बारिश मे तेज बारिश के कारण सड़क पर बड़े बड़े गड्ढे हो गए है जिससे हादसे का डर बना रहता है क्योंकि गड्ढे इतने गहरे है कि भारी वाहन पुरी तरह एक ओर झुक जाती है ओर बाईक सवार तो गिर ही जाता है पहले तो टोल टैक्स ठेकेदार कच्चा मुरम डाल देता था अब ठेका समाप्त होने के बाद यह जिम्म सडक परिवहन विभाग के हाथो मे आ गया अब तक सुध नही ली गई गौरतलब है कि इस मार्ग से प्रतिदिन उच्च पद के प्रशासनिक व राजनैताओ के वाहन भी डचके खाकर गुजरते है । बारिश तो चली गई अब मार्ग पर कोई वाहन गुजरता है तो उसके पीछे धूल के गुबारे उठने लगते है जिससे बाजार के सभी प्रतिष्ठान , मकान व राहगीर धुल मे नहा लेता है रात के समय मे तो धुल के कारण सड़क किनारे बैठे पशुओ को टक्कर लगा जाती है ।
धुल ओर गड्ढे से परेशान हो कर मंगलवार शाम को सभी व्यापारी एकत्रित हो कर गुरूवार को बाजार बंद कर चक्काजाम करने का निर्णय लेकर रात्रि मे राघवि थाना प्रभारी दिनेश भोजक के पास पहुंचे , श्री भोजक ने सभी को महिदपुर एसडीएम , पीडब्ल्यूडी एसडीओ , क्षेत्री विधायक को शांति से ज्ञापन सौंपकर समस्या से अवगत कराने की हिदायत दी इस पर व्यापारीयो को सुचना मिली कि एसडीएम साहब घोंसला के उप स्वास्थ्य केंद्र पर मोजुद है जब यहा पहुंचे तबतक एसडीएम साहब निकल गए ओर एक ढाबे के सामने खड़े थे तो सभी व्यापारी भागते हुए वहा पहुंचे ओर समस्या बता ज्ञापन सौंपा जिस पर एसडीएम जगदीश गोमे ने व्यापारीयो को असंतोषजनक जवाब दिया ।
बुधवार को व्यापारीयो का एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल झालडा पहुंचा ।
बुधवार को व्यारीयो का एक प्रतिनिधीमंड विधायक बहादुर सिंह चौहान से ग्राम पंचायत झार्डा के भवन मे मुलाकात कर सड़क की समस्या से अवगत कराया श्री चौहान ने तत्काल परिवहन विभाग के राकेश जैन से मोबाइल पर बात कर जल्द से जल्द मार्ग दुरस्त करने को कहा ।
ओर श्री चौहान चर्चा कर आश्वासन दिया कि दो दिन मे सड़क का काम शुरू हो जाएगा ।
किन्तु अभी तक ना कोई काम हुवा हे ना हि कोई जवाबदारी ले रहा हे

Dear Sir,
I am facing difficulties in making payment of car challan which is made on 14-Aug-17. I visited 7 times in DTO office Ludhiana to make the payment of car challan, every time they told me come after 10 days, i do not know what is the issue to get payment. window just open for 3 hours during 11:00 to 01:00, this is also not on daily basis, while there is too much rush there every time i stand for 3-4 hours but could not get success in payment, some time my turn does not come within above given time, some time my turn come then they told come after 10 days, today we cannot do it. this is too much, please advice what to do.
There is direct corruption many agents are there they only entertained by DTO, because agents gets payment from public and might be provide some portion to the officers.

Dear sir/madam, As you know in our country GST system is being implemented ,since so many years I am observing in Sugar Industries the rate for sugar cane is not maintained constant all over India my complaint is that tax for alcohol , spirit ethanol methanol and other products of sugar industry is same through out India then why there is difference in price of sugar cane in Gujarat,Uttar pradesh and karnataka ,sir please take action to maintain constant cost for sugar cane all over India as GST , from your department you make research of the sugar industry so that what is investment,labour cost out put sub products and selling price of sugar,spirit,ethanol,methanol in the market so that you can come to conclusion that how one sugar factory is purchasing at Rs. 4000/ and some sugar factories are purchasing at Rs.2200/ I think you are the only person who can find what is happening and bring changes or you put one self interestingly PIL (Public Interest Litigation) with regards D.B Magadum. We have struggling to get roads in our society . We have escalated this issue to our local corporator and MLA but the only thing we got is assurance but the roads are still not built. We have always supported BJP in all the forms of Elections but it seems we are not getting any response. We are forced to leave the MAHADA colony where we are living and move to some other location but this is not the solution.

We urge you to please intervene as we are seeing cement roads building in various locations in Nagpur but our area is still not in the list. Our colony is just 200 meters from Nagpur metro line still no development.

I am living in Chocks colony from last 31 years and now I am being forced to migrate from this colony . The main reason behind this is that we are struggling to get the proper road conditions last time the roads were repaired or built was 10 years back. People are using roads as their garbage disposal dump. It's becoming very difficult to stay here unless the Govt takes some serious measures like building of proper roads and arrangement of disposal of house Garbage as the NMC workers do not come regularly so there is a threat of serious disease.

We see a huge development in Nagpur from the day you have been appointed as cabinet minister and we appreciate the same. Nagpur metro , cement roads building in all major city roads and we feel that we are moving in right path to build Nagpur a smart city in coming years but with development everywhere we feel unfortunate that why the same is not happening in our area which is in fact MAHADA colony.

We once again request you to please intervene and support us so that Educated people like us are not forced to migrate to some other location and can live peacefully.

Possible solution to problem of Farmers' loan: I suggest to run agricultural activity as viable business activity. For this purpose, District Level Agricultural Co-op societies should be formed. State Govt should be a stakeholder with investment of 10% value of total land value of the District. Viable agricultural program should be worked before harvesting season. Financing in form of loan should be monitored by the state Govt so that value of crop produced can repay the loan, taken, if any. Under this situation farmers are not given totally free hand to cultivate any crop which may not be able fetch that much value to repay the loan and still make profit.As State Govt is one of the stakeholders the control and monitoring is better and is result oriented.The same model should be extended all over the country.Your valuable advice in the atter will be appreciated.Thanking you and with Best Regards,Anil Doshi

The Asstt. Estate manager of unit 14 Mumbai,namely mr.lalwani,Mr.rele,legal DEPT.and mr.shembekar ,SURVEYOR and Mr.bhalearao ,inspector have hidden reports dated 2 Nov 2015 and 5 april 2016,and given false and manipulated report of plot no 16 to the lawyer anu r khanna,in order to show falsely that LATIF janmohamed is in possession of part of our plot,which is contrary to mpt's own inspections reports .how can mpt officers show a goonda illegally being in possession,when he is not having any possession.in fact this goonda is having one FiR no.386 of 15,and 24 N.C.'s and one chapter case no .110 of 17 against him at mahim police station.
It is obvious the estate managers officers have betrayed the govt to show him as being in part possession of our plot .
They have done this to favour this goonda so that he can produce this notice on court and get away Scot free in FIR 386/15 and also to mislead the city civil court in s.c suit no.102112/16.counter claim13720 of 17 and crimina application no.03/17 and cr. w.p no 4543/15,so that wrong orders in his favour are given by the court
Kindly take strict action immediately as these officers are a blot on our nation and Modiji's vision of a corruption free india .
This goonda is threatening my wife and two small girls to hand over my shops to him,citing this notice of mpt.
He can even kill us as he is a very violent person.

I am acommon middle class man, daily going through drain water to meet my bread andbutter. The drainage system of vapi is horrible and specially of ramnagar , chirri area.There are drain water everywhere overflowing and the roads are fullof mud. There is a lot of chances of accident. I beg you to please get the roads done. The road is very small distance , of about 1 km . But this distance can bring disaster to any family.

नौ नौ डेम होने के बाबजूद ललितपुर जिला सूखे से झूझता रहता है ललितपुर नगर के कई इलाकों से जनवरी से ही पीने के पानी को लेकर गम्भीर समस्या उत्पन्न हो जाती है ।जवकि इस बर्ष जुलाई माह समाप्त होने जा रहा है और जिले के सभी बाधों में एक फुट पानी की बड़ोतरी नही हुई है और राजघाट बाँध लगभग ७०% भर चुका है और दो चार दिन की बर्षात में राजघाट बाँट भरने के उपरान्त गेट खोलने से माताटीला बाँध भी भर जायगा।पूर्व में मा. कल्यान सिंह सरकार के समय पानी की समस्या से निपटने के लिए राजघाट बाँध से गोविन्द सागर बाँध भरने की परियोजना शासन को भेजी गयी थी लेकिन केन्द्र से यह कह कर परियोजना को निरस्त कर दिया गया कि राजघाट बाँध का पानी का वटवारा पहले से हैऔर बाँध से दूसरे बाँध को भरने का प्रावधान नही है। गोविन्द सागर बाँध को भरने एक टी एम सी अतिरिक्त पानी तक उपलव्ध नही है ।जवकि इसके उपरान्त जिले में स्थापित हो चुके पावर प्लाटं को राजघाट बाँध,शहजाद बांध से लेकर कचनौदा बाँध से कई टी एम सी पानी दिया जा रहा है।
अव जवकि केन्द्र की नदी से नदी से जोडने की योजना धरातल पर आ चुकी है तो जनप्रतिनिधियों और जिला प्रशासन से अपेक्षा है कि पूर्व की योजना का नाम बदलकर वेतवा नदी से शहजाद नदी जोड़ने का प्रस्ताव शासन को भेजा जाय जिससे कम बर्षा के उपरान्त भी वेतवा के बर्षा के समय के पानी से शहजाद नदी जोड़कर गोविन्द सागर बाँध ,शहजाद बाँध और अनेकानेक तालाव पोखरे भरे जा सकें। जवकि राजघाट वाँध और माताटीला बाँध बाँध भर जाने के उपरान्त कई टी एम सी पानी समुद्र में वेकार चला जाता है।इस प्रजेक्ट पर मात्र 50 से 60करोड़ की मात्र लागत आयेगी।
अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि वेतवा नदी से शहजाद नदी को जोड़ने पर आवश्यक कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें

In the process of making highways thousands of trees are also getting chopped.Sir, my submission is that now machines are available which can shift fully grown trees instead of cutting these. These machines may be costing a few crores rupees, Peanuts when compared to project cost and benefits involved.My request is to make it mandatory for all highways projets.

रोड़ की दुरी मात्र 10 किमी है लेकिन 15 साल से इस रोड़ का कोई पुनःनिर्माण नही हुआ है ।
वाहनो की आवाजाही ज्यादा होने से सड़क पर गढ्ढे बन जिससे दुर्घटना होती रहती है।
यह रोड़ खरगोन,खंण्डवा हाईवे से जुड़ा हुआ है ।
आपसे निवेदन है कि इस रोड़ का ज्लदी से निर्माण कराया जाये ।
