Please refer Vehicle No. MH12EX6093 Wagon R LXI Duo BSIII

I have repaired above vehicle on 06.07.2017 vide Job Card Retail Invoice No. 002/BR/17000454 Dt.
07.07.2017 for Rs. 10807/- . I have following complaint about the repairs.

I have purchased above vehicle from earlier owner and I have given the details of my RTO Registration
still the Invoice was not prepared in my name saying that you have a specific data with you and after
submitting the original copies you will change my name in your data the same I did on 01.09.17 still
there is no change in name—a big question mark ? why you could not give your bill in the name of
current owner of the vehicle.



I have delivered above vehicle with some remarks mentioned on above invoice. There after I specifically
asked them I have purchased this vehicle in II hand from earlier owner and I don’t know about the LPG
so shall I fill the LPG in my vehicle and run the same. Your Mr. Bakulkumar Arujbhai Patil specifically
told that I have to run with LPG or Petrol with any norms there is no problem… there after I have
filled LPG Gas on 18.08.2017 in my vehicle and started running the same it was not running the same I
referred to chowgule that it is not working they told that I have to show them and I have given the
vehicle on 19.08.2017 but your official told that there is huge traffic of repairing so I will have to
wait…… I have finally given my vehicle on 01.09.2017 refer Inv No. 002/br/17004068 Dt. 01.09.17 for
repair means complaint was that vehicle is not running on LPG a full day taken to repair it but nothing
done… and at evening I have been told that I have to show my vehicle who work on gas repair because
chowgule is not working for gas so I told them I have already made 10807/- for repair and I don’t what
further expense better remove LPG Gas so that there will not be any cost and for that I will not charge
chowgule for wrong advise for filling gas in vehicle – then your official told that I have to go
soham gases at narhe and there they will remove and there after I have to run my vehicle on petrol
only…. I went to soham gases narhe they told that removing LPG is not as easy as chowgule thinking for
that a special licence is required for that I have to go aakash gases then I went to aakash gases they
told that removal is not possible.

Now my question is who will remove LPG from my vehicle – one thing is clear that chowgule will not do
but who will help me to come out from my problem.

I am getting phone from chowgule that i have to purchase new car.... surprise na ???

HELP HELP HELP

Shall I contat 108 for fire extinguisher to remove LPG exactely i am badly affected with your poor
service.
