    Dear Team,

    Yesterday we took an uber ride but it happens to be the most annoying ride wth Uber ..I am simply jotting down all the negative response form the driver who was in charge of the ride..

    Firstly,we took the ride from Princep Ghat to Belghoria..The cab arrived but we were previously unable to call him as his number was unreachable..When we traced the car with the number,and approached him,he with a negative tone and gesture told us why we are not picking up the call..WE have not received any of his calls and we showed him the same too..

    Secondly,after getting inside I myself closed one of the car's door..He again in a very negative approach said that why can't I close the door softly..

    Thirdly,as we were all exhausted after the hectic schedule,we felt  very hot and humid and asked the driver to decrease the temperature of the ac..He said that the temparature is already at 2....3-4 will make the temperature very cold and that too in the most unprofessional way ..My question is who will decide what shall be the temperature of the AC???


    Fourthly,one of my friend asked to switch on the radio or music system.TO which again the arrogant driver replied that the music system was not working properly..But after sometime he himself switched on the music ..

    Lastly,the route which he took was not directed in the map..though the charge was same..

    This kind of unprofessional river will spoil the entire image of Uber as a brand..I want serious steps against him to be taken..His name is Prasenjit..
