Complaint MyAirtel App recharge failed amount not credited

    My mobile no is 789733747. I Used MyAirtel App to recharge with RS. 399 on 23/06/2017 using PNB debit card. But the transaction was failed showing the massage "money will be refunded within 7/ 10 days" . Later I recharged this amount using Umobile app successfully on same day.

    Now, my money is not credited yet by MyAirtel App in my PNB account. Even your customer care did not help me refunding 399 rupees.

    I am totally disappointed by Airtel services. At present I am using 5 Airtel prepaid no.s and 1 postpaid no. in my family and it was first time we were using MyAirtel App and it's experienced is worst.

    I hope you will help me. Because I am not going to Lodge more complaints against this matter due to lack of time for me.
