my postpaid mob 9005921221 to requested convert to prepaid,Rs 530/taken with form but yet not converted.secondly my unfilled amt only 99/ it has been paid on line.as per record showing in net there is no Turnbull amt.your office gorakhpur Kalahari was taken 130/charge for prepaid new sim +530/charge for convert for Turnbull charge.it is not justified to customer.please convert my mob in prepaid,do not deley.although outgoing call has kept stopping.so please change in prepaid as earliest.

MyAirtel App recharge failed amount not credited

My mobile no is 789733747. I Used MyAirtel App to recharge with RS. 399 on 23/06/2017 using PNB debit card. But the transaction was failed showing the massage "money will be refunded within 7/ 10 days" . Later I recharged this amount using Umobile app successfully on same day.

Now, my money is not credited yet by MyAirtel App in my PNB account. Even your customer care did not help me refunding 399 rupees.

I am totally disappointed by Airtel services. At present I am using 5 Airtel prepaid no.s and 1 postpaid no. in my family and it was first time we were using MyAirtel App and it's experienced is worst.

I hope you will help me. Because I am not going to Lodge more complaints against this matter due to lack of time for me.

Koi bhi movie AAP's downlaod nhi ho rhi hai
Download Hoti hai aur speed nhi Milne ke Karan download stop ho jata hai
Mai aapka Purana upbhokta Hun agar Aisa hi rha to Mai port karwa lunga..

Between 6.30pm to 11.30pm.internet speed is very very poor and calling quality is also very bad.seriously my friend told me that you buy airtel 4G because it gives best Internet speed.but my friend lines is totally false.if you not solve my problem. Then my recharge due on 12 March 2018 after i port my airtel sim to jio.

salon,raebareli up east me airtel ka net 2g ki bhi speed se nahi chalta bilkul bhi nahi chalta aur na hi clear call ho nahi paa rahi maximum sim log port kara rahe so iska solution kiya jaye
