    Being an avid user of the Uber cabs , the ongoing issue that I am facing has led me to lose my hopes in the company's services. So , like every time when Uber charges the rider for cancellation, the procedure to get the refund is simple, although this time I don't know what technical glitch happened with my Uber account that instead of deducting those Uber credits from my Uber wallet , I have been repeatedly charged ₹63 extra for every trip that I undertook post the getting the Uber credits, which has left me bewildered and full of bitterness due to lack of support from the company in regard to resolution of my issue. I use Uber under the my name , I.e., Vrinda Jhajharia and my registered email id is rockingvrinda0914@gmail.com.
    This is my last effort towards approaching Uber in this regard and shall only be proceeding towards to the consumer forum having borne a completely hopeless response from the Company's end.
    I hope I shall hear from you in this regards with a prompt resolution of my issue.
