Complaint Non-receipt of coupons

    I have booked copy of The Times of India at a special price of Rs795/- for a period of 15 months vide Order Ref. No. DCH0021064.

    I have also booked copy of Navbharat Times at a special subscription price of Rs.495/- for the period of 12 months vide Order Ref. No. DCK0003981.

    Cheques for both were collected by Mr. Chandan (Mob No.+917053879754)on 04 Sep 16.

    I have not received the coupons till date.

    Pse. look into the matter and get it delivered soon on priority.
