    Dear sir ;
    I am mohammed sufyan I was travelling from goa to new delhi dated Sunday, November 29, 2015, on flight no. I5 2328 and booking no. TH8BPD and SEQ NO 15 and seat no.11C on 09:30 PM. after security check I reach boarding gate may be gate number 14 but it was close than I sit on the last chair in front the boarding gate near wall side and at this time I call my father and brother and inform him that I will boarding now, after that I take dinner, and I went to toilet the distance was 10 to 15 steps from my chair, I enter in right side there was a desk I keep my hand bag on this desk and went to wash my hand after that I went to 2nd or 3rd number toilet room, from there I went to boarding gate the staff checked my boarding pass (its all matter between 3 to 5 minutes ) and I enter the gate when I going to board I can not find my mobile in pocket I return on boarding gate and inform the staff. he said if we found we will inform new delhi airport when I reach new delhi I ask to staff that are you have any information about my mobile they said there no any information about your mobile.
    Next day I call many time air asia staff goa airport they answer me we will call you back but they can not call me back. Than I write complaint.
    Many people ask me why you are not answering my calls, they saying your mobile is ringing and also ringing now.
    I humbly request, please search or trace my mobile (nokia 105 blue colour) and inform me or send to lucknow airport I will take from there.
