    Dear Ma'm / sir,
    I would like to bring to your notice some facts which was very un pleasant to me at Qatar airways booking office in Goa.please don't consider me a guest who wants a claim . I had a booking with your airline from London to goa on 18sept 15 and then Goa to London on 07oct 15. It was my best experience while traveling and it was a high rating service as we expected. when I was in goa I had to extend my vacation hence I had to change my traveling date so I called the call centre and did it .
    To make the payment, when I entered Panjim Qatar office I told the First Lady seated on the counter from the entrance that I have come in regards to change of my traveling dates and she directly said u can't do it here u have to call up and make the changes accordingly. Soon I replied to her saying that I already did the changes n asked her to check my name and she said yes you have to pay 14000plus rupees. I told her dats fine with me but asked her if it's possible to further change my date to 14 oct instead 12 oct and I explained the reason why. She directly said no as if she never wanted to try . And as if she just wanted me to get away from there. After a while she said Kk I will do it and she took my debit card . I am still in front desk and the card reader was behind . She said this exact words sir go to behind and enter your pin. I think she should have come along with me and not just show pointing finger . It's not polling elections.
    I was understanding her body language as I work in hospitality for past 10 plus years in London.i know what it is when we work for a high profile rating company and we act like one in service .
    I truly want this staff be well trained so that a guest like me who wants to fly with you'll in the near future doesn't have to experience such things and have bad impression about the airline just coz of a particular department or few people.
    Further to add on I was still standing while all this talk and I asked her for any privilege membership and she told me it is going to take you little extra time. I was not even offered a seat for all this while. Basically I experienced a totally I don't give a damm kind of attitude not even close to a star rating as I know how Qatar Airways is. I even told her I have my sis-in- law working for your company she was like Ya really I have cousins too. We feel proud that our family member works for qatar airways which is the among the best .

    I can't remember her name otherwise I did like to mention it so that this things cud be rectified. I asked for a feed back form which every hospitality related offices must have I suppose and she said we don't have any thing like that. Then I asked her please give me the email address where I can give feed back . She told the girl sitting next to her is her senior tell her if I have any problem.
    I didn't say any thing was so fed up and I just left from there. Hope you understand my feelings . When I work in hospitality is it bad to expect same experience back.
    Undoubtedly I had a great service in flying with Qatar airways but same is expected from the people working on ground as well.
    But I would like to hear what are your actions taken to avoid this error to happen next time. I know it took me long to get to your notice regarding all this but I was fully occupied with work and travel.
