    Booked for refill on 23.07.2015. Cash memo was generated on 28.08.2015, after one and 5 days, with an endorsement that delivery shall be made shortly. But till date no delivery has been made. The telephone No.06636550102 is always found either unreachable or Switz up. Consumer are being harassed for delay in delivery of refill calendar. Ringing The person concern of Mobil No.9090906787 do not responding the consumer properly. If this is the manner of delivery, then how a consumer will get 12 number of subsidized refill cylinder in a year. Please clarify and do the needful.
