    It seems that after booking cylinders are not properly delivering. some time it takes 2month or some time more than that. My consumer no is : S4442, Name: Benudhar Pradhan. 1 n half months back i had booked but still i have not recd the cylinder. Also given phone numbers are not working. In such cases what to do ???????

  • Inordinate delay in supply of refill cylinder

    I have booked on 28.02.2015 against my consumer No.09. After a long gap cash memo for my booking was generated on 10.04.2015 with an assurance of delivery of gas shortly. But till date no delivery has been made. Foe such inordinate delay my family has been remaining uncooked. Thus non delivery of cooking gas within a reasonable period amounts to gross deficiency of service. Under compelling circumstance I am going to agitate my grievance in the Forum. Further, shifting of your office to Kaisir Road is also causing nconvenience.The telephone No.06636550102 provided to the consumer is either not responding or found defective. So contract with your office for any silly cause become not possible which is an extra inconvenience.

    Dear Sir,

    I have submitted the Bank details to LIPI Gas Distributor, Sambalpur in Feb-15 after several times of follow-up they are not respond, again i have submitted the bank details in Apr-15 still now my Bank account not linked with my consumer No.212383 for LPG and second think is that telephone No.06636550102 provided to the consumer is either not responding or found defective. So it is not possible for me to take leave frequenty for the this purpose. kindly resolve the issue.

    Dear Sir,

    My LPG Booking Id is CX-8448909.
    Its been more than a year now since I am using Indane LPG cylinders.I have requested several time for home delivery of LPG Cylinders to LIPI Gas service but they have been rejected my concern by saying home delivery already overloaded .Being a salaried & private employ it is very difficult for me to collect cylinders at LIPI Gas counters.Pls help me out in this situation or suggest me any alternative.

    Booked for refill on 23.07.2015. Cash memo was generated on 28.08.2015, after one and 5 days, with an endorsement that delivery shall be made shortly. But till date no delivery has been made. The telephone No.06636550102 is always found either unreachable or Switz up. Consumer are being harassed for delay in delivery of refill calendar. Ringing The person concern of Mobil No.9090906787 do not responding the consumer properly. If this is the manner of delivery, then how a consumer will get 12 number of subsidized refill cylinder in a year. Please clarify and do the needful.

    My cousumer no cx2816969 I have done booking on 05.09.15 booking no. 265651 cash memo genrated on 05.10.15 cash memo no 3000069520 yet the cylinder is not delivered. Due to which I am facing problem it is not posible for me to come personally. Even the phone no provided is not working so kindly make the delivery fast.

    A cylinder recently delivered by your delivery boy is found to be not in a proper condition. THERE IS LEAKAGE IN THE CYLINDER KINDLY REPLACE IT. B.N.SAMAL.SHANKARNAGAR. DANI PALI. BUDHARAJA.

    Customer care number given by agency is always switched off or not reachable. As I live alone, and my home is far from the Lipi gas agency, Sambalpur , I request you to deliver it as soon as possible

    My complain is all about not receiving my subsidies of last 3 months I try all your helpline numbers still there is no response ..i visit the nearest store and they are saying to submit a complaint online.
    So therefore I am writing this letter to you in a hope that my problem will be over very soon and I know you will solve it very soon..
