Most humbly i like to draw your attention to the Ashoknagar Patrika bureau staff.

The detail of which is as under:

Working as Sel. Grade Lecturer under Mechanical Engineering Department at Govt. Polytechnic College Ashoknagar M.P. i am entrusted with additional responsibilities of Training & Placement Officer. i have successfully created a signifcant image of our Polytechnic College in the State as well in the country inviting number of Employer company to recruit our Diploma Studets in large numbers.This year also, we have arranged campus selections of our students in record numbers getting them placed in various companies of repute.

Last month we had campus recruitment by B.O.R.L.(Bina Refineries) exclsuively for students of Mechanical branch in our Polytechnic College.The campus selection process involved online test and personal interviews of students that were arranged at one private engineering college at Bhopal and B.O.R.L. campus respectively,

The final shortlist of 10 students was relased by B.O.R.L. on 23rd June 15, instructing them to submit medical examination report wihin a week time.


Not finding their names in the shortlisted candidates, some of the students led by one Mr Satyam Soni approached Ashoknagar Patrika Bureauo Office,making baseless and false alleagations againem st me and one of my associate Ram Sewak Namdeo Lab Technician. This happaned wihin spell of few ours of release of list by B.O.R.L.
They made personal allegattions of conspiracy and adopting malpractices against us, and as a result their names are missing from the final shortlisted candidates.

Same day in the evening one of Patrika Bureau reporter Mr Javed Khan called me for clarifcation on the alleagations. I tried my best to explain both Mr Javed Khan and Mr Arvind Jain both, that i don't have any documentary record pertaining to the recruitment as B.O.R.L. is only competent authority to comment upon the alleagations, You wait for a day or two to get the facts and B.O.R.L. management version on the issue. And as no office is working and open late in evening to respond to your queries,wait for next day. Please stop publishing one sided report on this issue.
However, they published the the newsin next day newspaper of 24th June. highlighting the whole issue, maqking personal alleagations, defaming and tarnishing our image in society and so on...

Now students using the news paper clipping submitted memorendum to district administration, college and technical education authorities launching defamation campaign. Thus your Ashoknagar bureau staff acted most irrsponsibly in this case showing a haste in publishing onesided report and making an irreparable damage to the personal and institution reputation.

They had shown complete negligence to our explaination based on facts and evidences, and didn't stopped reporting the issue further. They posed as they have discovered some big scam. Their deliberate action has annoyed BORL management also.
This has caused them to suspend the selection process thus victimising 10 innocent deserving students to their fate.

This propaganda war and defamation act by students using print media forced us to take legal aid to defend our image and reputation. However, and making the report as a basis of the com plaint, the miscreant students successfully made a permanant damage to College reputation, my own image and annoyance of B.O.R.L. management. They suspended the recruitment process, leaving the innocent students victim to their fate.

Later on i came to know that one of reporter Mr Javed Khan had made this undue favour to Mr Satyam Soni. He is his real brother-in-law.

I am completely shocked now, Use of the Patrika by Ashoknagar bureau to someone's own interest and wrongful intentions is clearly against the professional ethics and values of the journalism. This is violation to the provisions of Press Regulations too.

My humble request to you is please look into the matter, examine the facts and panalise the persons responsile for this most unethical and un-professional act.
