I am the proprietor of KAMAL OPTICALS, which was taken on rent from MR GOPIKRISHNA AGARWAL since 1986 and ever since I am the tenant and am paying my rent. I hold the valid contract to this shop along with all the rent payment receipt from past 29 years.
On last Wednesday, April 8th 2015 12:30pm the enforcement from Nagar Nigam Bhopal (BMC) came and broke my shop without any previous notice (goods damaged including front shutter and back wall worth RS. 5lacs) saying that it is an illegal encroachment as the shop is a way to the corridor. If this was an illegal encroachment then how did the owner made a shop on this ground of BMC and what was the BMC doing from last 29 years??
On asking the order from the BMC workers they did not show any notice/letter and asked me to come to their office and find out (on enquiring in Bhopal municipal corporation from last 5 days no official is able to show me the copy of the order that was issued to let the encroachment break, instead they said that the record can’t be produced).
Also on our protest to not damage our working shop, they threaten us to police fir. On asking to lodge a complaint with the local police station the police denied lodging a fir, rather after many trials only a request letter was accepted.
Now i and my family is forced to leave the shop that my father started who is no more. Under such circumstances the owners sons MR AVINASH AND LOKESH AGARWAL are now threatening us to leave the premises asap (as it is heard in the market that they have sold the said property and will dismantle it to make a new building) and this encroachment story is a conspiracy against us as tenants to leave the shop which also involves some BMC officials who took this step without a previous notice.

Kindly help us immediately to save our only living as we are left with no choice.

Most humbly i like to draw your attention to the Ashoknagar Patrika bureau staff.

The detail of which is as under:

Working as Sel. Grade Lecturer under Mechanical Engineering Department at Govt. Polytechnic College Ashoknagar M.P. i am entrusted with additional responsibilities of Training & Placement Officer. i have successfully created a signifcant image of our Polytechnic College in the State as well in the country inviting number of Employer company to recruit our Diploma Studets in large numbers.This year also, we have arranged campus selections of our students in record numbers getting them placed in various companies of repute.

Last month we had campus recruitment by B.O.R.L.(Bina Refineries) exclsuively for students of Mechanical branch in our Polytechnic College.The campus selection process involved online test and personal interviews of students that were arranged at one private engineering college at Bhopal and B.O.R.L. campus respectively,

The final shortlist of 10 students was relased by B.O.R.L. on 23rd June 15, instructing them to submit medical examination report wihin a week time.


Not finding their names in the shortlisted candidates, some of the students led by one Mr Satyam Soni approached Ashoknagar Patrika Bureauo Office,making baseless and false alleagations againem st me and one of my associate Ram Sewak Namdeo Lab Technician. This happaned wihin spell of few ours of release of list by B.O.R.L.
They made personal allegattions of conspiracy and adopting malpractices against us, and as a result their names are missing from the final shortlisted candidates.

Same day in the evening one of Patrika Bureau reporter Mr Javed Khan called me for clarifcation on the alleagations. I tried my best to explain both Mr Javed Khan and Mr Arvind Jain both, that i don't have any documentary record pertaining to the recruitment as B.O.R.L. is only competent authority to comment upon the alleagations, You wait for a day or two to get the facts and B.O.R.L. management version on the issue. And as no office is working and open late in evening to respond to your queries,wait for next day. Please stop publishing one sided report on this issue.
However, they published the the newsin next day newspaper of 24th June. highlighting the whole issue, maqking personal alleagations, defaming and tarnishing our image in society and so on...

Now students using the news paper clipping submitted memorendum to district administration, college and technical education authorities launching defamation campaign. Thus your Ashoknagar bureau staff acted most irrsponsibly in this case showing a haste in publishing onesided report and making an irreparable damage to the personal and institution reputation.

They had shown complete negligence to our explaination based on facts and evidences, and didn't stopped reporting the issue further. They posed as they have discovered some big scam. Their deliberate action has annoyed BORL management also.
This has caused them to suspend the selection process thus victimising 10 innocent deserving students to their fate.

This propaganda war and defamation act by students using print media forced us to take legal aid to defend our image and reputation. However, and making the report as a basis of the com plaint, the miscreant students successfully made a permanant damage to College reputation, my own image and annoyance of B.O.R.L. management. They suspended the recruitment process, leaving the innocent students victim to their fate.

Later on i came to know that one of reporter Mr Javed Khan had made this undue favour to Mr Satyam Soni. He is his real brother-in-law.

I am completely shocked now, Use of the Patrika by Ashoknagar bureau to someone's own interest and wrongful intentions is clearly against the professional ethics and values of the journalism. This is violation to the provisions of Press Regulations too.

My humble request to you is please look into the matter, examine the facts and panalise the persons responsile for this most unethical and un-professional act.

मैं शिकायत कर्ता मेरा नाम रोशन पदमाकर गोस्वामी है. मैं महाराष्ट्र में नागपुर शहर के समीप खापरखेड़ा गांव मैं रहता हु. मैंने २९/०८/२०१६ को भोपाल ( मध्य प्रदेश ) मैं ( पहल इंफोसिस्टम प्रायवेट लि. रजिस्टर ऑफिस पत्ता :- प्लॉट न. १०४,रविदास नगर,भारत नगर चौक ,भेल रोड ,भोपाल। म.प्र ) मैं कार्यरत ऑफिस है. यहाँ के सेल्स मैनेजर - विवेक त्रिपाठी नामक व्यक्तीसे नया आधार कार्ड पंजीकरण की मशीन ३६०००/- रुपये में खरीदी की, मशीन का विवरण इस प्रकार :-( L1 UID KIT - L1 FINGERPRINT SCANNER,IRIS SCANNER,LOGITECH CAMERA) पर जिस वक्त मैंने मशीन खरीदी की उस वक्त वहाँ के ऑफिस के डेप्यूटी डायरेक्टर - दुर्गेश मिश्रा नामक व्यक्तीने मुझे मशीन दी। मैंने उन्हें मशीन चेक करवाके दीजिये ऐसा अनुरोध किया तो उन्होंने मुझे कहा की मशीन चेक होके ही सिल पैक आती है, मशीन १००% ok है . और वो कैसा काम करती है उन्होंने मुझे ऑफिस के एक demo मॉडल पे करके दिखाया। तो हम विश्वास मैं आके मशीन ले आये. उसके ऐवज मैं बिल मैं ६ माह की warrenty भी दी और मैं उनको पूरा पेमेंट देके रसीद ले आया । पर घर लाते ही मशीन चेक की तो वो मशीन काम नहीं कर रही थी तो मैंने उनको तुरंत फ़ोन किया, तो उन्होंने कहा कोई बात नहीं नया स्टॉक दो दिन मैं आ रहा है. आते ही आपको नयी मशीन कुरियर करवा देंगे और आप आपके पास का मशीन हमें कुरियर करवा देना. और दो दिन बाद से मैं लगातार उन्हें कॉल करता रहा. और वो हर दिन मुझे कहते रहे की स्टॉक नहीं आया मशीन खत्म हो गयी है. १० दिन मैं आएंगे कभी १५ दिन मैं आयेंगा ऐसा झाँसा लगातार देते रहे. पूरा ढेड़ महीना बित जाने के बाद मैं फिर २५/०९/२०१६ को उनके ऑफिस उन की मशीन वापस और अपने पैसे वापस लेने पहुंचा। तो उन्होंने मुझे कहा यदी आपको पैसे वापस चाहिए तो इसको पूर्ण १ महीने की प्रोसेस लगती है फॉर्म भरके देना पड़ता है. और एक महीने कभी भी आपका पैसे मिल सकते है. या फिर अन्यथा एक काम कीजिये की २७ या २८ मैं दो दिन बाद १०० % मॉल आ रहा है. बहुत लोगो का मशीन पेंडिंग है उनके साथ आपका भी आ रहा तो सिर्फ २ दिन रुक जाईये अभी इतना दिन रुके तो मैं मान गया. इसीलिए की मैंने वो मशीन ख़रीद ने के लिए कुछ लोगो से व्याजदर से ५०००० रुपये उधार लिए थे. तो मैंने कहा ठीक मशीन आते ही काम चालू हो जाएंगे पैसे भी निकल जायेंगे तो मैंने उनको इसका प्रमाण स्वरुप लेखी एक कागज पे लिखवा लिया और कागज पे उनके हस्ताक्षर भी ले लिए जिसका प्रमाण मेरे पास है और उस वक्त उन्होंने किये हुए सभी बातोंका ऑडियो रिकॉर्डिंग भी मेरे पास उपलब्ध है. और उन्होंने वो ख़राब मशीन मेरे पास से ले ली और रसीद पे recieved और अपने signiture करके दी. उसके बाद से २८ तारीख से लेके मैं आज तक उन्हें कॉल ही कर रहा हु.इस केस मैं मुझे स्थानिक पुलिस ने भी मदत नहीं की कहा की ये वस्तु -खरेदी विक्री का मामला है इसमें फौजदारी कुछ नहीं कर सकता आप consumer फोरम जाओ. और फिर मैं जागो ग्राहक जागो की और बढ़ा तो उन्होंने मेरी complet दर्ज करवाई। और मुझसे कहा आप वो कंपनी को ईमेल और रजिस्टर पोस्ट कर के ये बताओ की हमने आपकी complete कांसुमेर फोरम मैं करवाई है और कम्पलीट न. 44157 इस प्रकार है. ये सब करने के बाद भी मुझे न्याय नहीं मिला। आगे का व्यक्ति आज भी इसीतरह गरीब बेरोजगार लोगोको के साथ भ्रष्टाचार कर रहा है? जो लोग छोटासा व्यापार और पैसे इधर उधर से लेके व्यापार करना चाहते है.वो किस तरह करे. ये सब हो जाने के बाद मैंने इस कंपनी के मालिक साबिर खान से बात की और उनको ये सब problem बताये जो अक्सर दिल्ली ऑफिस मैं रहते है तो उन्होंने भी मुझे कहा की दुर्गेश मिश्रा जी अभी छुटी पे है मैं उनसे अभी बात नहीं कर सकता और भोपाल वाला ऑफिस उनके under आता है तो वो ही देखेंगे क्या करना है. मैं इसमें कुछ नहीं कर सकता. कुछ वक्त पहिले मैंने आजतक न्यूज़ चैनल पे मोदीजी जी की एक advertise देखी www.consumerconnect.co.in के बारे मैं सुना और मैंने उनसे भी मदत की अपील की पर वो कहने लगे हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते क्योंकि हमारी सेवा अभी सिर्फ महाराष्ट्र स्तर पर ही काम कर रही है. और आपका केस तो भोपाल मध्यप्रदेश का है. इसीलिए हमसे कुछ नहीं हो पायेंगा। इसीलिए बहुत त्रस्त होके मैं आज आप मीडिया वालो की और एक मध्यम वर्गीय बेरोजगार युवक आपसे मदत की अपील करता हूं. क्योंकि मेरे साथ जो ये पहल इंफोसिस्टम लिमिटेड कंपनी ने SCAM (धोखाधड़ी) की है औरभी कही बहुत सारे लोगो के साथ करती रहेंगी जब तक कोई इनके खिलाफ आवाज नहीं उठायेगा और इनका पर्दा फाश नहीं करेंगा। कृपया आप मेरी मदत कीजिये मैं ऐसी आपसे विनंती करता हु.

My father is senior citizen. He is retired banker. My father is fighting with dabangs of my locality. Mr Brijmohan sharaf of Burhar MP has acquired my parental land of 0.5 acre which is in main city of burhar. They have acquired my land and are constructing illegal construction. I have raised voice against this but i have not any positive support from govt officail. Case are filled in burhar civil court and Sdm court shahdol. BRIJMOHAN n dere peoples are threatening me for life and they are saying that if u will go to police or SDM den we will ruin ur life as well as ur family member. We are fighting dis case from last 8 years. My father is begging for his land. despite of having own land we are living in rented house. My father was ansan for 5 days but still govt official has not supported me. Due to this my father is very tensed and has tried many times for suicide.

Sir its my humble request to please look into the matter and save my father and family members from the dabangs of shahdaol MP. I m attaching the article which was published in local news.
