Complaint Misuse use of my connection

Dear Sir,
My consumer id is CX21470692, and I am having connection with Mata Sheetla Gas Service. I've got one message in mid night at 1:00am (7/27) at my mobile that Cash memo 3000167659 has been generated for booking no. 2000103189, but I didn't make any request for re-filling. In afternoon, I've another message at 12:57pm (7/27) that my cyl is delivered against cash memo. Neither I made any request for re-filling nor I received any call from Indane for cyl delivery. Can you please investigate who is misusing my connection? Please update me on my email id. I tried to call Indane service at number 124-2332556, but nobody is picking my phone.
