    I hope this email finds you well. My product no *BAD2CN2122363317*. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Boult Company regarding the replacement of a product and the behavior of one of your customer service agents.

    On 08mar24, I contacted Boult Company to request a replacement for a faulty product that I had purchased. The company's delivery boy promptly picked up the product from my place on 6mar24, which I appreciated. However, the experience took a turn for the worse when I interacted with one of your customer service agents.

    The customer service agent I spoke with exhibited extremely rude behavior, which was both unprofessional and unwarranted. I found their demeanor to be disrespectful and completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of the circumstances.

    Furthermore, despite my attempts to seek clarification on the status of my replacement,I have yet to receive any satisfactory response from your company. This lack of communication and delay in resolving the issue has only added to my frustration and disappointment.

    I urge you to address this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Additionally, I request clarification on the status of my replacement or a refund as soon as possible.
