    Dear Team,
    We have been following up with your customer care for duplicate bill copy(03-09-2014) from last 24 hours and we have received revert that we don't have bill copy available with us for older records.
    However the product(LG Refrigerator) is purchase from Snehanjali (vasai west) , but the showroom is closed from the location now.
    Your customer exceutive said to contact nearest snehanjali showroom and the number provided is switch off.

    As per the technician visit the refrigerator compressor is not working and the compressor fall under warranty, but they need the bill to change the compressor.
