    I had purchase Sony smart TV from Digi 1 on 11/07/2016 at same time paid Rs. 1599/- to extend the warranty for next 01 year. I had visited to Digi 1 showroom for TV problem which is near to Bhayandar East, they told your TV warranty has extended by Digi 1 hence Sony person will not visit to resolve the issue our person will come within 2 days even after 2 weeks no one has visited to resolve the issue, when i again call them to remind regarding the same that time they said we will do the needful. After this I had received message on 19/08/2017 from Sony for costumer service request which was not done by me. on 21/08/2017 Sony technician came at home & demanding for service charges. My question is, if i had already paid the money against 1 year extension of warranty then why should i pay extra to Sony technician & why Digi 1 technician has not visited to resolve the issue.

    Visited time:- 12:45 Pm.

    I myself afzal shaikh is your buyer customer from your malvani branch.I had already purchased 2 washing machine from your same branch of cost Rs26000/-and now i had gone to purchase D fridge for my shop purpose of price Rs 25000/-.As i am spending 25000/-i can demand for a new piece why should i take a daagi piece if i am spending Rs 25000/-.

    But this time i was very disappointed by the service given by the sales staff over there as i am a customer i had asked for a fresh piece of D fridge but the staff told me that we doesnt have a fresh piece and there was a pen mark and scraches and marks on that D fridge.

    The comment given by your staff is "Sir humlog ne thodi na use kiya hai aap galat kar rahe aapko ye he piece milaga lena hai to lo warna aap ki marzi" starting he had commeted me that you will get a fresh piece which ever you select even the store manager had not solved the problem even he had told the same statement what staff had told.i had came with my mom and they both were rude in behaviour as they dont have the sense how to talk with a customer.

    This is not the first time i am buying from your store and i wanted a strick action to be taken by branch head against that staff and manager if not then see what i will do. Please update me what action you are suppose to take.please find the attached manager and D fridge pics for your refrence.

    I had alredy send a mail with 2 remiders at wecare@snehanjali.in but yet now we dont get any reply.

    I am genuine customer of yours, I had bought refrigerator (Godrej Eon double door ) from ur shop date 4th March 2018 from snehanjali (thane branch ).

    Since I had bought diz refrigerator it has gone thrice for repair .mechanic came was having lack of knowledge and did'nt answer my queries ...last time repair was gone on dated 22nd July 2018 .technician had put polythin bag in freezer compartment attached with motar fan as he gave excuse of leakage of water in motar ..I m not satisfied with your service and request u to plz solve the issue with my freeze ....I had also purchased air conditioner from your store ..kindly solve I problem

    Dear Samsung Team,

    I purchased UHD 55'inch TV NU7100 from Thane Snehaanjali store, GB road on 21st Sept 2018 which got damaged internally on Dec month for which I complained to Snehanjali store manager Mr. Richard and he ensured me that it will get replaced by Samsung immediately, he'll get it done through them.
    I personally visited store twice to discuss same and Mr Richard gave me assurance that they talking directly to Samsung department head and our TV will be replaced.
    I haven't got any positive response on this and thereafter I got call from Snehaanjali stores that I have to pay for panel cost for which I denied.
    My problem doesn't resolved till yet, I paid 67000/- for this TV and EMI of which is still going on. After Samsung service engineer's visit I got a call from Department and asking for approx 30000 to change TV Panel.
    How this TV can be so delicate? My claim is said TV doesn't damaged through us and if you see there is no external hit or damage on TV screen.
    Why we have to accept that this is physical damage and pay for panel?
    I also noticed that model no. UA55NU7100 is not in the list of UHD TV models, it simply means Snehaanjali has given us discontinued model which would be internally damaged and discontinued by Samsung.
    After huge expense of 67000 how could respective company like Samsung expect me to pay 30000 more for it's panel replacement.
    My request to Samsung is to personally intervene to this case and resolve positively.

    I look forward to your reply and will wait until the end of this month for you to take action . In case of no action is taken , I will have to seek help from a consumer protection agency . Please contact me either at the address mentioned above or on my mobile number - 9767400777

    I had paid entire cash of Rs. 14500 and assured by sales person you will get the delivery by 06 Jan.

    On 06 jan got a call delivery will be on 07 jan than postpone to 08 Jan.

    I am really harass on the way of service. since 06 jan to till I am in home taking off from office and awaiting for product.

    Today I got next commitment from Mr. Sumit delivery on 09 jan.

On delivery time date 23/01/2020 , delivery person called me to dilivery and demand 200 Rupees to deliver my TV. I declined his demand. So that's person didn't deliver my shipment in my address and this person kept my shipment mentioned above Shop. So I took my shipment personally from this Shop. So I can't understand what's your shipment delivery policy whenever I purchased this product. The didn't tell me about that charges. Please look into the matter.     Dear Sir,

    This is in reference to 0% Interest EMI Merchant/Mfr cashback of Rs.1281.31 and simultaneously there is 10% cashback of Rs.3000/- from icici bank on purchase of Voltas Ac 1 ton for Rs.31,100/- form Snehanjali Electronics, Both these above mentioned amount was supposed to be credited after 90 days to my Icici credit card account, purchased on 17th Oct.2019.


    10% cash back of Rs.3000/- which is already credited on 19th Jan.by icici credit card bank and simultaneously cashback was of 0% interest on Emi from Merchant/Mfr of Rs.1,281/- is still not credited to my icici credit card statement till date.

    I have attached Purchase receipt for your reference where it is clearly mention that both the cash back amount ie 10% cash back of Rs.3,000/- from icici credit card bank and 0% interest on Emi Cashback from Merchant/Mfr of Rs.1281.32 was supossed to be credit after 90 is still not credited to my icici bank credit card statement

    Awaiting for your reply and my cash back of 0% interest on Emi from Merchant/Mfr of Rs.1281.32 is till not credited to my icici bank credit card statement even after 100 days.

    Dear Sir,
    I Jagdish Poojari have purchased whirlpool refrigerator INV CNV 278 3s on 07/02/2021 against my old single door refrigerator in exchange offer from your Bhayander East showroom. Salesman inform me that old fridge exchange price will be 1300 and after giving the final price of new Refrigerator will cost to Rs. 21,750. Hence I have paid same amount in cash to the showroom. While delivering new refrigerator at home today i.e. 9/2/2021 the deliveryman has asked of Rs.500 more for my old refrigerator exchange rate. While at the time of booking new Refrigerator I have informed to the salesman old refrigerator condition and model. The sales man has agreed at the time and given me only receipt for the same, does not issued original invoice for the new refrigerator, also told me at the time of delivery the original invoice for the same will issued.
    Today the deliveryman asked me Rs.500 more for my old refrigerator stating that my old refrigerator is mentioned in invoice as double door refrigerator. And he charged me 500/- more for the same.
    I further mention here that, the new refrigerator delivered by you is defective, when I complaint about the same, I was informed that the Company person will come and repair the same. I requested to the salesman to replace the same as I don’t want to repair it as I have purchased the new refrigerator. The sales man refused to replace it, as the refrigerator is new it has to be replaced with request.
    I say that you are indulging in unfair trade practice and there is deficiency in service rendered by you. You are thus requested to replace the new refrigerator with a brand new piece and also give me further set off of Rs.500/- failing which I will be constrained to take legal remedies against your company.

    We suppose to receive cashback of Rs. 826.56 within 90days from purchase date

    Yet not received the same
    Also I visited kandivli showroom. They promised that it will be credited by March this month

    But we are not in the receipt of cashback. Also now they are not responding

    We have not expected such poor support from Snehanjali team


    We are planning to buy new LED in upcoming month. But such behaviour from your team raised a question for us

    Kindly look into matter urgently and do the needful as soon as possible

    ON 15th Sept 2019 the TV display has stopped working and I tried to complain about it, visited Snehanjali head office situated in Dahisar East, Mumbai. But they told us that SANSUI after sales service not available in INDIA,

    Since than i am complainig but till date it was not replaced.
