    I was booked a HOTEL Saffron at Porbandar via GOIBIBO ID GH29193208342346 PNR 0114220957. I was reached the above Hotel at 11.00 pm on 25.12.2023 the owner of the Hotel Mr, Riyaz Menon informed that I was already informed GOIBIBO regarding not to book from 25.12.2023 to 27.12.2023 therefore, He was not allowed to stay at HOTEL Saffron at Porbandar and adjusted at other Hotel on humanitarian ground Hotel Adarsh which is non-cooperative in all service. The Hotel in which we are adjusted room is dirty, bed sheet and bed also dirty not provide basic amenities like Hot water, towels, soaps . We are reached at Hotel Adarsh 11.30 p.m. therefore, I have no option that time because I am travelling with my family (wife and daughter). Furthermore, I was not availed facility (Service) of HOTEL Saffron at Porbandar then also it shown 5 stat rating at 5.00 p.m. in 25.12.2023 where as I was reached at 11.00 pm. It clearly indicate that fraud (cheating) done with me I was already spoken with your representative at 6.00 am on 26.12.2023 at phone no 0124 4404207 but refund not received therefore, you are instructed to refund my amount of Rs. 2,488.00 immediately
