    When I visited ORRA stores in South Extension in September 2022 to purchase a ring, I was presented with a scheme where I would pay Rs. 6000 over 30 months. I made the initial payment of Rs. 6000 in September as part of this scheme. I was informed about a WhatsApp group comprising 30 people, with monthly videos announcing a lucky winner. However, for several months, no WhatsApp group was formed, nor were any videos sent. There was no notification regarding payment.

    Later, in December 2022, when I returned to shop again for again buying a diamond jewelry set and mentioned the absence of a scan code or payment notice about that whatsapp group, I was requested to pay another Rs. 6000 as the second installment, which I did. Subsequently, I was neither informed about nor asked for any further payments. I was assured that I would receive a QR code via the WhatsApp group to pay my monthly installments.

    After a year when I didn't hear anything from Orra regarding scheme, I went to the store and asked refund of Rs. 12000, I was informed that a refund wasn't possible, and instead, I was advised to make a purchase from the store to adjust the money. I insisted that I was not interested in buying anything. Then Mr. Rawat from the Store assured me he'd address this with management for a refund. After many phone and numerous WhatsApp message reminders, I was told he was discussing it with higher authorities. Even upon revisiting the store in November 2023, the response remained unchanged.

    To inform you, I have purchased jewelry worth Rs. 4.75 lakhs from ORRA, South Ex in the year 2022 and now I find myself suffering through no fault of my own. I've been coerced into paying Rs. 12000 under false pretenses and now find myself relentlessly pursuing my refund.

    As a reputed brand, this reflects poorly on ORRA. I urgently request the refund of my money, as I have no interest in further purchases from ORRA. Additionally, I intend to caution my acquaintances against buying from ORRA, given my extremely unsatisfactory experience with the brand. I hope, I will get a positive reply from you.
