    Hello, 

    We are sharing our experience about our first booking with BlaBlaCar.

    We are giving negative rating to Gurpreet - because, after the confirmation - he had kept us waiting for around two hours & then cancelled the ride at 8pm - leaving us in trouble.

    This was utterly ridiculous and non-professional attitude of Gurpreet.

    The incidence had occurred yesterday (15-Nov-2023) - at Chandigarh in India.

    Keeping this horrible experience in mind - we shall never opt again the BlaBla for our ride - & - shall spread our dissatisfaction in our circle - at least about Gurpreet - if not for BlaBla as a whole.
