I had booked a cab from Haldwani to Dehradun, reached the destination before time, but the vehicle did not turn up. Told in the app that the vehicle has left. No one picked up the phone even after thousands of calls. After 1 hour, after sending many messages, I got a reply that due to some reason the vehicle will not go today. Such a waste of my time and work is very sad. Now I have no option but to go to consumer court.

We are sharing our experience about our first booking with BlaBlaCar.

We are giving negative rating to Gurpreet - because, after the confirmation - he had kept us waiting for around two hours & then cancelled the ride at 8pm - leaving us in trouble.

This was utterly ridiculous and non-professional attitude of Gurpreet.

The incidence had occurred yesterday (15-Nov-2023) - at Chandigarh in India.

Keeping this horrible experience in mind - we shall never opt again the BlaBla for our ride - & - shall spread our dissatisfaction in our circle - at least about Gurpreet - if not for BlaBla as a whole.
