    Sir,
          I would like to inform you that 29/AUJ/2021, I have bought a 43” AKAI LED TV set of Rs. – 24075, Invoice no. – 881682, HSN8528 from your shop. But I regret to inform you that 2 MONTH before it is found the DISPLAY problems. It is The picture quality is also very poor and there appear some V Vertical lines on the screen stil their. . I think it has internal manufacturing defects. This is 2nd time problame when 1st time same problame i was completed to AKAI then AKAI COMPANY Replace TV set with new brand but after some days same problame come back.This time AKAI company sayed this is out of warranty plz contact to tv seler  .
    When I was contacted Snehanjali electeonic came a new problame they says your warranty is by mistake clame on samsung refigerator but i was not pay refrigerator extended warranty iwas pay
    For AKAI tv extended warranty.
    This mistake create was sahanjali electronic store virar w, he gave me
    ZOPPER NO:Mr Vivak ( SAHANJALI AUTHORIZED REPARE PARTNER)
    Zopper told mi this 2nd time case give by sahanjali store
    1st time case registered by Zopper head office.
    I was before 2 month maney time to call sahanjali and zopper but not satisfied answering mi they give mi only gave mi date and date I will humility request to you plz solve the problame.
           You are, therefore, earnestly requested to replace the defective TV set with the new one or rectify the defects by sending technicians at the earliest. As the TV set has in extended warranty, it is your liability.
