Complaint FOLD 3 -CONTINUOUS DISPLAY ISSUE

    I purchased my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 5G with imei/Batch : 350843354130097 on 11/9/2021 by pre-booking the product on Launching instance. On May 2022 i faced a complaint with the internal phone display, display was not working and it showed a black screen only. Initially, your service center people denied the warranty by saying it was because of the entry of water to the phone. While I enquired with my dealer about the warranty status they had given security that the handset is under warranty even though it may be of water entry issue as they had given additional protection for the first year while selling the product. After a long debate, the local service center people ( 0002274612- Ridhm,Kozhikode) agreed for a replacement & they changed the entire display unit at free of cost. Handset was used by solely by me and i am damn sure that the liquid entry to the phone never happened, any way problem was resolved by changing the display unit.
    Unfortunately on  2023 August i had faced the typical display issue againg  & while i approached the same service centre to get repaired they said that this time the display was damaged because of physical damage of handset hinges. I am not much aware about the issue , since it was out of warranty time, i had the entire display system changed by paying Rs 62199.00 via invoice no: A126 dtd 8/22/2023 from the same service centre  Ridham, Kozhikode. 
    At the time of replacement, they had assured a warranty for the repaired product ie, the display unit for another 90 days. Again on September last week i faced the typical issue with the internal display , i approached the service center on 7 October 2023 , they had kept the handset with them for two days and conveyed that they required higher authority permission to replace the display unit . I admitted the same , after two days ie, on 9/10/2023 they had conveyed me that the warranty will not be covered as there exist some physical damage to the handset , i was totally wondered hearing from them , the handset was used nearly one month only after getting repaired by them. I have been using higher-end Samsung phone for all time since 2005 . Never faced a bad issue yet. I am in doubt whether its because of bad workmanship or an inferior product issue. I would like to get a proper reply from your end this regard. Service cnter people returned the job sheet with remark : NOT COVER UNDER 3 MONTHS WARRANTY DUE TO DENT IN FRAME.  Unfortunately, i had never seen a dent on frame anyware on handset. Apart it is more suspicious that all three-time problem was related to the main display unit only. The front display unit is still working properly.
    Consider this as my legal notice & failing to get a reply within 10 days i will be forced to seek legal aid .Details of the handset, job sheet are mentioned below.
