    I gave 3 times complaint but not good response from Samsung. last complaint no is 4254150928. Complaint for blinking of temp light. Temp can't be set up. One labour Con from your. Service station and photos click of refrigerator and went nobody response. Said that I will send to company then whenever and from there then I will come. What type of service giving by urs company shameless.Dirty I can't recommend any other.

    I had purchased a Samsung refrigerator in May 2014. It has a warrenty of 10 years for the compressor.

    The refrigerator stopped working on the night of 6th Feb 2018.

    The break-down was reported to your office on 7th Feb 2018 & the product request no. is 4254592476.

    The Engineer who visited my house & checked the refrigerator, was of the opinion that the PCB of the inverter has failed & needs to be replaced.

    I also recd. an estimate bill of approx. Rs. 4604/- for replacing the PCB on 12.02.2018.

    After my acceptance to bear the cost, the Engineer again visited my residence, with a new PCB on 13th Feb 2018.

    Somehow, the Engineer realized that the PCB is alright, but it is the compressor which has failed & needs to be replaced.

    As a customer, I fail to understand one thing, why Samsung should take so much of time to locate any required component.

    I had also requested Samsung Panaji, Goa office, whether they can make an arrangement for a stand-by refrigerator till this unit is put into functioning position.

    My opinion is, Samsung needs to do a lot to improve its service factor.

    I am without a refrigerator since 7th Feb & I am unaware till what date I will have to wait.

Tv came ines on display.so we request you clear the issue free of cast under warrenty period.

    it is to inform you that I had purchased SMAMOB SAMSUNG SM-J600 BLUE 359245094199583 on 02 Sep 2018 from Sargam India Electronic Pvt Ltd RK Puram ND-22.After 25 days I saw that battery had swollen up. when I deposited my phone in Samsung service centre AB-7, Safderjung Enclave New Delhi-29 for battery repair they without informing me even repaired the motherboard too. I am not satisfied with the condition of this phone. So, It is requested to kindly replace my phone or give me the refund.

    On 30.1.2019 time 11.20.05 i had been visited your service center to give my samsung s6 display change due to it was display crack and it was in on condition with fully charged , there your service executive recieved and told me that it will done by the same day evening which was not happend on that day. And i was ok with that when i called your executive informed that tomorrow it will be done that next day i got a call and she informed that mobile is ready so i went the service centre to collect the mobile when i saw the mobile it was like 3 - 4 rubber bands were hanged up to that after some time my phone got switch off and i gave it to check nobody is bother to tell me whats happening whether to wait or not nothing was informed and i went back during office hours then one your executive called and stating that your phone was dead , i was shocked hearing that because i was mentioned him clearly that data i required and its very important to me he was casually telling me that ur phone was bend and now we tried to make it straight i damn sure because of that only this whole thing was happend , i am just patiently informing u all i need my mobile in what condition it was in same or else it will take few minutes take me legally

    Hi Team,

    I need quick assistance and resolution for my problem. Please have a look at the following details along with your query.

    Request type : Display found red green blue dots at start. later on each subsequent hour the screen was not clear(dots were becoming darker). Now the dots found spread across the whole display. The mobile is perfectly fine except this dark display issue. all touch screen points working, no any wear and tear from front, back, left, right, top and bottom side on screen and mobile comes under warranty period.
    I approached Ahmedpur samsung center(Service Centre:0004201424 - - SHRI KRISHNA MOBILE SHOPEE) and they raised a call for it with the upper office(Bill No : 4347574602 from service center). Service center got a reply from the answer team as the phone has some damage from the customer side.

    My Key Points are:-
    1. How come damage is suspected without looking at the Handset condition with only images sent from Office.
    2. My mobile has no damage and if you want you can refer to all the attached images from all angles.
    3. My mobile was validated by ahmedpur samsung service center executive with respect to (water, electricity, and liquid damage by opening in service center and they did not find any such fault related to it)
    4. Upper office was asking for the damage, I am pretty sure I have not caused any damage to the handset by any angle. there is not a single pinpoint scratch on the phone.
    5. on what basis my display is not being replaced and my issue is not resolved even if it's appearing in full warranty period (Appointment Date 05.16.2022 (14:31:42))??
    6. I need assistance to resolve this issue from samsung india pvt ltd. I can make any assistance with respect to handset condition, bill and any documentation for further evaluations.
    7. I also wanted to bring to your attention that on 13th May, 2022 there was a 1970mb update from Samsung for my F41 headset, I did download that install and it was installed successfully. I am suspecting the ripple effect of that update as well.
    8. There is not a single damage to my handset either from inside and outside the peripheral area as well. I need the Handset to be repaired by Samsung India Pvt. Ltd., in WARRANTY period and make assistance as soon as possible.

    we spoke with you on 13-9-2022 regarding this issue.. past 16 days we raised this issue through CUSTOMER CARE and EMAIL and WATSUP CHAT and SERVICES CENTRE and now with you please resolve the issue ASPS

    We brought the Samsung Washing Machine 7kg topload on 22-8-2022 from Samsung Shop App delivery on 26-8-2022 installation on 27-8-2022 Warranty covers 3 Years for all and 12 years for Motor mention on time of purchase

    So Warranty covers until 2022 to 2025 as per purchase
    So we paid to Samsung service center extended warranty 3 years Rs 3510
    Paid warranty 2025 to 2028
    But we received Extended warranty only 2027 on 1-9-2022

    We purchased for 3 years warranty means 2022 to 2025 and paid warranty means 2025 to 2028

    So kindly send documents for same 6 years until 2028

    Kindly reply for me through email or call or watup or text but reply is must as of now I received only ticket no through mail not reply

  • FOLD 3 -CONTINUOUS DISPLAY ISSUE

    I purchased my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 5G with imei/Batch : 350843354130097 on 11/9/2021 by pre-booking the product on Launching instance. On May 2022 i faced a complaint with the internal phone display, display was not working and it showed a black screen only. Initially, your service center people denied the warranty by saying it was because of the entry of water to the phone. While I enquired with my dealer about the warranty status they had given security that the handset is under warranty even though it may be of water entry issue as they had given additional protection for the first year while selling the product. After a long debate, the local service center people ( 0002274612- Ridhm,Kozhikode) agreed for a replacement & they changed the entire display unit at free of cost. Handset was used by solely by me and i am damn sure that the liquid entry to the phone never happened, any way problem was resolved by changing the display unit.
    Unfortunately on  2023 August i had faced the typical display issue againg  & while i approached the same service centre to get repaired they said that this time the display was damaged because of physical damage of handset hinges. I am not much aware about the issue , since it was out of warranty time, i had the entire display system changed by paying Rs 62199.00 via invoice no: A126 dtd 8/22/2023 from the same service centre  Ridham, Kozhikode. 
    At the time of replacement, they had assured a warranty for the repaired product ie, the display unit for another 90 days. Again on September last week i faced the typical issue with the internal display , i approached the service center on 7 October 2023 , they had kept the handset with them for two days and conveyed that they required higher authority permission to replace the display unit . I admitted the same , after two days ie, on 9/10/2023 they had conveyed me that the warranty will not be covered as there exist some physical damage to the handset , i was totally wondered hearing from them , the handset was used nearly one month only after getting repaired by them. I have been using higher-end Samsung phone for all time since 2005 . Never faced a bad issue yet. I am in doubt whether its because of bad workmanship or an inferior product issue. I would like to get a proper reply from your end this regard. Service cnter people returned the job sheet with remark : NOT COVER UNDER 3 MONTHS WARRANTY DUE TO DENT IN FRAME.  Unfortunately, i had never seen a dent on frame anyware on handset. Apart it is more suspicious that all three-time problem was related to the main display unit only. The front display unit is still working properly.
    Consider this as my legal notice & failing to get a reply within 10 days i will be forced to seek legal aid .Details of the handset, job sheet are mentioned below.
