    Hi Team,
    I am writing to you regarding my Order ID-OD428869128392377100, Bharat Lifestyle Austin Fabric Manual Recliner Rs.11499.

    The product that was described above was ordered on August 12th, 2023, and received on August 28th, 2023. Please keep in mind that the product was meant to arrive on August 24th, 2023, and I later received a message saying that it would arrive on August 25th, but I finally received it on August 28th, 2023, in a different colour and with a damaged product. And I made my return request immediately, requesting a refund the same day I opened the item.

    First and foremost, I want to inform you that the colour of the recliner that I received was different from the one I had ordered. I ordered a brown recliner but received a grey one, and there was damage on the handrest. I made a return request seven times, but every time the slot was provided for a technician to visit and then a date to pick up. But every time the technician does not show up, I receive the notification "Your return request has been rejected." Today is the 8th time the technician visiting is missing.

    Please keep in mind that we believe Flipkart will take up full responsibility for this and will take the recliner and refund the money. Since this conversation is taking place from August 28th. Also, every time I call customer support to report an issue, they assure me that immediate action will be taken. Yet leave my situation unresolved. I'm not sure how to approach the higher officials about the situation. This is not a little product that we can store in our small living room. Please accept my special request and carry the product with you to Bharat Lifestyle's dealer. I cannot wait any longer, please take immediate action and resolve the situation as soon as possible.

    Please note that I have spoken to at least 25 customer service executives from the day I gave a return request, each explaining in detail, but my efforts and time have gone in vain. I'm hoping that you will at least address the matter, as the product is too large to fit in my house. It's been more than 21 days and my problem has not been resolved.

    The technician visit gets postponed every alternate day, and I have to go through the same procedure of calling the customer executive and they will tell me your problem will be handled, Please be patience till the next day, but this process has been going on for 21 days. I respectfully suggest that you take up this topic and address it seriously.

    Otherwise, you may take the damaged product from my side and retain it if the seller is unable to accept it. I will provide free services to Flipkart.
