    Dear Team

    You are my last hope whom I can count on because it is really tough to get a solution from such companies who are not interested in helping customers.
    Recently I've purchased Realme 8 mobile from flipkart but unfortunately early on the first day I was getting voice issues during the calls.
    I've followed all the process of replacement but the flipkart support team is not interested in replacement and now i want this product return only.

    your customer support team literally is not supportive. They always have excuses like the system is not working and the system got stuck.
    I have been chasing the same issue for the last 7-8 days...

    FYI I have been done 5-6 times troubleshooting over the phone and 2 times the technician have been too but still i am waiting for your kind support

    Nowadays I am fqcing problems to order priducts. System asks for password against mobile no and there is no provision for "forgot password". Tried to solve this with the help of 3 Software Engineers but in vain. Thought of contacting your fustomer xare number 18002089898 but the recorded voice suggestvto go ti "Apps" and go to "My account". I strongly suggest anyone of you from your office to dial this customer care number and see the result yourself .
    I am not able to see any "My account "in this app.

    Ordered a furniture-computer chair-received outer pack is ok. after openning the pack saw damage-there is a piston cylinder-which forms like stem to connect wheel base and seat (heavy item not packed properly-loose and damaged the chair, wheel base, and plastic cups. within one hour, it was reported to customer care with photos, assured to take back, followed up by me, transporter took back the material. customer care asked me my bank account, all sent by their app via chat messages. No refund after 10 days, asked about return, they said, there is no record of return of material. and they put my case as resolved. I could not contact them at any cost. they dont talk. How to get back the money from them. do i need to go legal way. when my last conversation they said all my communication erased in system. so your case is resolved like they are telling. I do not have any proof of return. how to get back
    can any one help me.

    I also raised complaint against the courier boy he not taking parcel from me and abusing with me
    Also he use bad words and his senior is supporting him to do this
    I ordered a watch and they took it out at their place and send me wrong watch and when I return it they all say give them to new watch help me with problem sir your all staff is giving me date and they cancel my pickup date everyday

    Hi Team,
    I am writing to you regarding my Order ID-OD428869128392377100, Bharat Lifestyle Austin Fabric Manual Recliner Rs.11499.

    The product that was described above was ordered on August 12th, 2023, and received on August 28th, 2023. Please keep in mind that the product was meant to arrive on August 24th, 2023, and I later received a message saying that it would arrive on August 25th, but I finally received it on August 28th, 2023, in a different colour and with a damaged product. And I made my return request immediately, requesting a refund the same day I opened the item.

    First and foremost, I want to inform you that the colour of the recliner that I received was different from the one I had ordered. I ordered a brown recliner but received a grey one, and there was damage on the handrest. I made a return request seven times, but every time the slot was provided for a technician to visit and then a date to pick up. But every time the technician does not show up, I receive the notification "Your return request has been rejected." Today is the 8th time the technician visiting is missing.

    Please keep in mind that we believe Flipkart will take up full responsibility for this and will take the recliner and refund the money. Since this conversation is taking place from August 28th. Also, every time I call customer support to report an issue, they assure me that immediate action will be taken. Yet leave my situation unresolved. I'm not sure how to approach the higher officials about the situation. This is not a little product that we can store in our small living room. Please accept my special request and carry the product with you to Bharat Lifestyle's dealer. I cannot wait any longer, please take immediate action and resolve the situation as soon as possible.

    Please note that I have spoken to at least 25 customer service executives from the day I gave a return request, each explaining in detail, but my efforts and time have gone in vain. I'm hoping that you will at least address the matter, as the product is too large to fit in my house. It's been more than 21 days and my problem has not been resolved.

    The technician visit gets postponed every alternate day, and I have to go through the same procedure of calling the customer executive and they will tell me your problem will be handled, Please be patience till the next day, but this process has been going on for 21 days. I respectfully suggest that you take up this topic and address it seriously.



    I've attached photos of the incorrect recliner and the damaged product, as well as a screenshot of your conversation on the Flipkart app.

    Otherwise, you may take the damaged product from my side and retain it if the seller is unable to accept it. I will provide free services to Flipkart.

    Sir I paid 19000 rs for neelkamal bed and i received my bed On 7th April 2024 and after installation the bed Product is Faulty and Quality is weak.
    By load of person bed plywood is pressing down and all Side of Plywood is also moving.

    I spoke to Your Senior Executive(Miss Anshu kumari) for Regarding Return of my product but she didn't solve my problem and she saying that we can't Return your Order and not Taking any further action from her side to solve costumers Issues. Only 5 days passed after buying product and 10 days return policy is still pending.so sir please solve this issue as soon as possible because 19000 thousand rs is not small amount sir please try to understand coustomer Problem.

    So please Kindly Solve my problem as soon as possible from your side and do the needful at the earliest!!!!
