sir , this is to inform you that from last 2 rides m paying extra amount.my 2nd last ride was showing rs.115 from karol bagh to daryaganj but driver has taken rs.154 nd he said it is because of jam or route problem etc.
today i have booked the cab from shastri nagar to tilak nagar where in i have taken the screenshort of fare which was showing rs.220 and confirmed with driver as well he said it will be the same fare only whatever the route map is . he has taken a long way to reach the destination as asked for Rs.330 which was rs.110 extra . how come it's possible u r showing the different amount and customer has to pay the different amount. i want an explanation/refund or else i will put a complaint as well.
