    Harrassment of Commuters ,

    Today I have booked return Tkt Thane to Dadar of AC train for Rs 140/- through UTS . Have seen debit amount message so not checked on UTS and travelled to Dadar. On return journey 4.26 Kalyan AC train at dadar,one lady TC came after Mulund for checking TKT ,At that time problem shown in Server. So I told her that amount is debited so have not checked on UTS at the time of booking,but as u r saying that money will be credited back to my account so I am ready to pay rs 140/- ,but she denied to accept and get down at Thane and asking to pay fine.I strongly objected of Fine and ready to go to RPF also told her to file case for the same, but refuse to do all this and catching my collar 2 to 3 time , so I told her that do not touch me ,but again started same thing .After waiting for 5 minutes,no body came ,as she told me that I have called RPF . So I told her that file the case ,given my No.and also Aadhar card with her which has taken .But same thing neither RPF coming , nor she is taking me to them . So I finally told her that I am leaving now ,file the case as per the law and started walking But she purposely pushed me and in revert ,to save my balance, have to pushed her back .but she has created havoc, started crying to take mercy from people. One good guy also convincing her madam take TKT fare and close the matter , but she start scolding on him also. This is all harrasment of commuter . Mistake of Railways App and fine to commuter. Matter is not about Money ,but why the commuter punished with fine for the mistake of App of Railways.They can charge the fare and not fine . To close the ruckus on station busy hours and police also informed me to close I have paid fine. But we traveller should raise voice for the same.
