Respected Sir,
This is to keep you inform that I am a x employee of Rose Valley Hotels & Entertainments Ltd from Jan 2010 to July 2014 at Durgapaur. According to that I had applied for my P.F maturity in last April 2015. But till now they haven`t submitted my form (Form 10C & 19) at P.F Office. I have done personal follow-up many times to Mr. Biplab Chatterjee (033-40254444) in R.V corporate office Salt Lake Kolkata but they desperately said it will take time because P.F Office has refused to accept their claiming form due pending of huge amount of contribution of R.V existing employee`s.
It has been really very unfortunate to accept this kind of feed back because I am waiting for the money for my sister marriage purpose, which will be held on 12th July 2015. I simply won`t understand how come they will give the maturity to their huge numbers of clients, if they had not submitted the P.F contribution of their present employee`s. As per my opinion it has been punishable offence & media should look after the matter strongly.
So, this is my humble request to you please do something about this matter, because we have huge expectation from ABP & we believe only ABP has the power to protest against this kind of unsocial activities. As per my knowledge others X employee are also facing this problem & I am sure if you will start this investigation then you will get the truth easily.
