Recently I have shifted to a flat in GOPALPUR -12, (Kansa Thana, Durgapur, near Shibtala) where to my horror I see poor people near are not getting water to drink/bath etc. They are dependent on pond water which is dangerously hygienic. It is very regretfully informed you that unhygienic emission of hot air from the opposite building’s AC outlet of my dining space. Our frequent verbal request since last one month to move aside the AC compressor outlet which is now directly projected to my window (distance is less than 2 feet) there is no result. In response to this, the concerned persons of M/S “Straight Line” (don’t know the actual name of the company, it is an event management company, owned by Mr. Debangshu Dasgupta, Sunny Nest Apartment, 1st Floor, 757/1 Kalikapur Road, Kolkata-78) behaved with me and my husband very badly and moreover, those people are very much adamantly threatening us. In this regard we also talk to their neighbour of that building and their reaction was they were already frustrated with this flat owner, Miss Susmita Roy who repeatedly unethically without their consent regularly use this flat for rent of different Offices (commercial purpose) only.
It is further informed that the concerned persons have set their office recently. We are aware of the fact that this type of emission contains toxic gases with hot air which is injurious to health. So it is polluting our flat environment and premises. In these circumstances it is earnestly requested to result in immediate relief to our family having one child with us.

But in this regard we don’t know who will understand my problem. In our country in our locality it is a general trend nobody (local Municipality Corporation, Police, even environment pollution control board) bothers about the inconvenience of people like this, they took this problem very lightly. As my husband working in private sector and I am also a working (9 am-7 pm) woman, we are really helpless where to go and how we will solve this problem. Please help us.

Respected ABP Head.I Subrata Mukherjee retired from Indian Navy Submariner and now settled from Mumbai to Eden city Kolkata, my son Shubho Mukherjee has been selected for MHRM at IISWBM Kolkata this year.He had done BSc. Biotechnology from Pillai's College, Panvel Mumbai for 1st and 2nd year regularly but in his third year, because of illness (malaria and typhoid reoccurring) he was not able to attend classes regularly,so he was not allowed to give his final year exam.As he would lose one year we credit transferred his credentials to Shobhit University Merut and he cleared his third year final exams with proper certificates and documents..
For taking admission in IISWBM Kolkata they need equivalence certificate from Calcutta University,so we submitted all the necessary documents and mark sheets from 12th standard to BSc. Biotechnology final year on 12 December 2014, we have already visited the respective officer at registrar's office more than 15th times for collection of my son's equivalence certificate but still we have not received it nor did we get any information about it.
Sir also give all required certificate 2nd time on 09/04/15 like Migration,provisional certificate,marksheet to Register Mr Basab chowdhury ,he told he will sent to ugc for approval.(as Shobit University is recognized or not} Hon-arable Kolkata University VC Prof Suranjan Das sir also wrote letter Sec UGC 15 days back but still we are waiting for it .it is very let and IISWBM Kolkata will close admission.there fore it is requested kindly looks after this mater and save my sons life. some one should listen

This is to keep you inform that I am a x employee of Rose Valley Hotels & Entertainments Ltd from Jan 2010 to July 2014 at Durgapaur. According to that I had applied for my P.F maturity in last April 2015. But till now they haven`t submitted my form (Form 10C & 19) at P.F Office. I have done personal follow-up many times to Mr. Biplab Chatterjee (033-40254444) in R.V corporate office Salt Lake Kolkata but they desperately said it will take time because P.F Office has refused to accept their claiming form due pending of huge amount of contribution of R.V existing employee`s.
It has been really very unfortunate to accept this kind of feed back because I am waiting for the money for my sister marriage purpose, which will be held on 12th July 2015. I simply won`t understand how come they will give the maturity to their huge numbers of clients, if they had not submitted the P.F contribution of their present employee`s. As per my opinion it has been punishable offence & media should look after the matter strongly.
So, this is my humble request to you please do something about this matter, because we have huge expectation from ABP & we believe only ABP has the power to protest against this kind of unsocial activities. As per my knowledge others X employee are also facing this problem & I am sure if you will start this investigation then you will get the truth easily.
