    I have Placed my "boat rockers 450" Product in Tata CLiQ app on 8th of April. 11th of April I have received my product. I have noticed that Box was not properly sealed, which is already opened and sticked. So Immediate next day 12th of April I have placed the return order. By the by product performance also not good while i connect via laptop. Many times i have reached out customer care support for product pick up at my end. but no one is taken proper action on this. always mentioning "please wait for 3 business working days. Team is working on it". Are you dealing with any international service? by pick up my product taking 18days?. This was my first order. Now I am feel very bad on this Tata CLiQ application. I am so worried why should i ordered via Tata CLiQ instead of place an order via amazon or some other site. Now I completely hate this Tata CLiQ service. Only reaching out customer care support is easy but no one is taking necessary action on it. Very worst service i never saw this before.
