This is regarding my or id 104826664 (Voltas 1.5 ton SPLIT AC). I don't what to you guys. I mean their is a limit of shamelessness. You and you courier partner GATI better call is DURGATI don't even know where my product is. When ever I call you, you guys ask for 48 hrs to resolve the issue. When I chat with GATI those stupid people also don't know any thing.

When I ask with GATI people to tell me about the address details of the logistics center at PATNA where my product is, they said they don't have the updated address.
I mean their is limit of stupidity of GATI people. Are they doing business in AIR..

I am running out of patience... Don't force me to go the consumer court.

Hello Team,

Tata Cliq Clip is Fraud company selling Chinese item. I have purchased Sony smart TV in 2018 and now it's showing display problem . Not completed even 1.5years.
Extended warranty provided by TATA Cliq along with Product for free but now TATA Cliq is not providing any service and Tata Cliq team says i need to manage it myself because extended warranty is provided by third party . Please advise , for me the seller for my product and extended warrant is TATA Cliq than why should i contact to third party. This is just because third party will not listen any thing as TATA Cliq not mentioned extended warranty on invoice.
Also when I called Sony person to check my Product , they directly says that this is assembled one and having Chinese part in it. It is not the original Sony Product.
Please be aware and don't buy any product from Tata Cliq.

II booked my lloyed ac on 22/06/2020
Immediately I got a message that your order is confirmed but in tracking product no information was coming do I contacted customer care and they promised me to provide me product before or on 30 June .this was extreme weather so passed each and every day with very discomfort .But on 30 I got a message your product is cancelled due to out of order .
So it was really a great misfortune and cheating with me.
In this cash I also lossed my hdfc credit card special discount of rs 2000 rs .
In mean time cost of product also raised approx 3000+ .
So I contacted supervisor and he promised me to provide price difference as compensation .
But I got only 2000 tata cliqe cash .
So I again contacted to supervisor he told me to provide 500 tata cliqe cash at same day so that I can reorder my product . But got nothing.
So I contacted cs management@tatacliq.com as suggested by customer support.
But till now I am waiting 6 day have passed .
I was promised by management to call back me with 2 days.
But till now I was promised each and everyday that today cs management will call you .
I wait each and every day but I got nothing.
It is great misfortune ignorance of customer at this level .

I am totally faidup.
I am mentally hrash at great extent.
So pz provide me relevant solution in this regard .

This mail is to inform you that I ordered a fossil watch from tata cliq and got on around 22 july2020 but the product serial number was different so I verified online from the genuine product guideline from Fossil online registration and YouTube and afer some study on batching and cronograph behavior I realised it was fake or first copy product, which was I didn't expected from a reputed online platform like Tata Cliq, without any delay I decided to return that product and processed for return from the return option, next day Courier boy came and picked up the product on 24July2020 but it is still showing scheduled for pickup in my products list and didn't get my refund till now pls help me, I tried many times by calling your customer service number but due to Covid-19 unable to connect with representative and always get a msg your request is noted and our representative will contact you and as you can see the below mail my request is still in under process. I also tried to contact by product issues section from Tata cliq app but still no solution till now please help It already spoiled my Rakhi festival. Please help me for getting Rs. 9995/- refund back in my account.

I had placed an order on 12th August. The estimated delivery date was 17 August. However, I did not get the product but got an email from Tata Cliq that the delivery had been rescheduled for 24th August. The order was not delivered even then. After a week I registered a complaint on Tata Cliq ( Ticket no. 4009201819) and got a call from one of the executives that my order had reached Gurgaon but the Ekartle (delivery service) had not updated their status on the app. The executive said I would get my order by 1st Sept. after speaking to the Ekartle service person. Later on 31st August, I got another call from Tata Cliq, the executive told me that he was unable to reach the Ekartle Service person and that my order is still in Gurgaon. He gave me an option to cancel my order. He said he will initiate the cancellation for me, as I was unable to do it from my app. It is 2nd Sept today, neither has my product reached nor has the cancellation been initiated.Please initiate the cancellation for the product, because I won't be able to do it due to your policy (if the product has left the seller, I won't be able to cancel it). And kindly act on it as soon as possible, rather immediately.

I have noticed that Box was not properly sealed, which is already opened and sticked. So Immediate next day 12th of April I have placed the return order. By the by product performance also not good while i connect via laptop. Many times i have reached out customer care support for product pick up at my end. but no one is taken proper action on this. always mentioning "please wait for 3 business working days. Team is working on it". Are you dealing with any international service? by pick up my product taking 18days?. This was my first order. Now I am feel very bad on this Tata CLiQ application. I am so worried why should i ordered via Tata CLiQ instead of place an order via amazon or some other site. Now I completely hate this Tata CLiQ service. I buy a watch around 389 from tata cliq and i doesn't like then i returns that watch on 8th October on that day i studying my tution classes my small brother give wrong watch by mistake because their was two different watch returns on that day. Then,when i came to home after 1 hrs.i seen that wrong product handover to delevery boy i call him regarding my issue he says that you will give me rock this is not my problem then i raise complain to tata cliq that i handover wrong product to delevery boy he give me WhatsApp number and say to send the product pic tag and box but their is no solution the i connected call to supervisor by their excutive he give a mail id (csmanagement@tatacliq.com)i raise complain and giving him awb number tag bill box watch pic and wrong product name of watch and thier price they take me time of 48 hrs. But they never update me anytime when i highlights complain to thier excutive orr sending mail then, they contact me otherwise no chance at last (csmanagement@tatacliq.com) tell me that your time is too long we cannot give your products and they say refund will given you but when delevery boy pickup my product after 3 hrs. Refund has been initiated to my account and at the end csmanagement tell me the product cannot return because of time delay and refund has been done but i tell hime without verification of product how seller give me refund and they verify product on 11th October and refund initiated me on 8th October how it is possible and they blame me also that you will give me wrong product and in noise box you will give me local watch i tell him to verify with bluedart but they cannot proceed my issue and indirectly he tal l me you cheating with us.

I had placed an order on 9th of Jan 2023, I had ordered woodland quilted jacket and instead of that jacket I have received some used sweatshirt which doesn't even have a price tag on it.
