I booked a ticket from Pune to Delhi in jhelum express on 21st march. I payed extra amount of 747 Rs so that if my ticket will be canceled than i will get 3x amount of 1700 which was ticket price. But when my ticket was canceled they deduct my 747 amount and did not refund my amount which was 3x. I am trying to contact customer care but i am not able to contact them. Please help me to resolve this.
