Complaint New Connection not installed and advance amount not refunded

    I have applied for new connection at 164/364 EWS, Indira Nagar, Agar Road, Ujjain and have deposited Rs 5500/- vide application No. 182150 on dated 19.12.2020 in advance.
    After lapsed of 7 months your company failed to install the connection, thereafter I have applied to withdraw my application and refund of my advance amount on 19.07.2021.
    It is very shameful to your company that my advance not refunded back after lapsed of 7 months.
    I have so many times contacted to the company office at Ujjain by personally and also on phone but no response given.
    If you are a reputed company refund my advance amount along with compensation of Rs 10,000/- otherwise I will go to the Honorable Consumer Court and Social Media also.
