    Dear sir, My self Shiv Pratap Singh Chauhan, i had applied for a new gas connection on dated 18/03/2021. My application number is IND-188174 , and I also paid intial registration fee through cheque. Sir, according to your statement PNG gas connection will be provided within three months(90 days), but sir i would like draw your attention here that till today it become two month and nine days more from your committed 90 days. Sir, On Sat, Jul 24, 2021 at 6:30 PM you have send a mail and you were giving a assurence that "we have forwarded your complaint to the respective Gwalior team and they will contact you shortly for the resolution". But sir I am only getting a new commitment only , still I have not got new PNG gas connection. Regarding this matter I was go to your gwalior office but there was no response, your project manager is saying that in D.D. Nagar there is vendor and man power issue so that's why I am not able to give new gas connection to you, you can withdraw your fee amount, it will be better for you. Sir I just want to know that " is company going to close own business from gwalior, if no than when I will get a new PNG gas connection, please provide me a confirm date from your side, don't tell me a false commitment to me. What is actual matter i just want to know reason behind delay. Sir if there is no reason please provide me PNG gas connection with confirm date. I have already spend too much time in months for new PNG gas connection and your employee is saying you can withdraw, but sir i want a gas connection, i don't want to withdraw my fee, I am waiting since five months for that PNG gas connection, sir i request to you that don't give me false commited date. kindly provide me PNG gas connection with confirm date within next week.     PNG pipelines were done on 28/02/2020 (Application no.166825 dated 28/02/20 attached )
    In spite of about Many reminders by telephones till date 10/01/2022
    (Almost Two year today)PNG connection has not been done at my Home.
    On the telephone I am always advised to provide a PNG connection within one week. , but has never been done till date , I Have already Complained on 16 Dec 2021 This Mobile no. 6262001231 Whose Complaint no. is 202112055367 but no action.

    You are therefore requested to please look into the matter
    and oblige me by facilitating the PNG connection for which I applied Two year before.

    If you are a reputed company refund my advance amount along with compensation of Rs 10,000/- otherwise I will go to the Honorable Consumer Court and Social Media also.

The payment receipts are not located in home page of AGL indore at internet.I try to customer login multiple times but login is not successful even by doing forget passward and new signup .I search the app and internet side the view bills , paybills etc but paid bills receipts. Please provide the payment receipts of till date to the registered mail id or to the above mail id.

    I am kailash jain ,Form no- 224279,ON 18/6/22 the form is submitted by Ankit bhindore CODE-INDANKB1031 ,I check the status online of my PNG connection form but in MY PROFILE section there is mistake in ADDRESS and MAILID from AGL company side, I fill form correctly there no mistake from my side , i inform also MR.Ankit bhindore for correction but 1 month ago no correction take place till now, Mr bhindore is very irresponsible person,not attending the calls after sbmitting the form , i am very disappointed from his irresponsible behaviour.

    My humble request is please correct the correction in your records so that no one face any problem after installation of PNG,take action against him, very bad guy.

    In your AGL website customer login i saw incorrect address and mail id,please correct the changes.

    The complaint booking center is of no yie. No body picks up the phone. I have tried it for hours together. The company stops supply of gas without any pre information and as and when they they wish. We have suffered this twice in three months of time. They stopped gas supply at 9.30 am which is a peak time for office going people and kids school.

    Dear Sir,


    Please note that We have Domestic Gas Connection. We tried to call on your customer care no. so many times but there are no response.

    We are just 5 Persons Family. In previous months we just used 22 and 19 unit approx. But Suddenly the Unit is showing 77. Approx bills amount is 5122/- ( 14.10.2022 to 03.12.2022). Its very high amount, we never use that much gas.

    Please check our Meter reading or Bills issue or Meter fault urgently.

    I had applied for new PNG connection at Indore in the month of March'22 and paid the initial amount, at the time of booking the connection the representative of the AGL has confirmed that the installation will be done within 90 days, 9 months have gone but still the installation is not done. When I call local AGL office first the don't pick by chance the call is picked the response is not proper, even the refund process is subtle.

    This is in reference to my application no 230230002381, I have applied for a gas connection on 13/02/23 by paying full amount of Rs.5500 (as receipt of payment enclosed)
    After so many follow ups with concerned personnel of M/s Avantika Gas Limited / Avantika Gas authorised Contractors passed three months, we have not received any satisfactory reply for gas connection from any one .
    Even no work is started so far after 3months period.
    By this request letter kindly refund our full payment as we don’t interest in such unlimited time period.
