    Respectd Sir,
    I, adv. Jayasri Bhattacharya, residing at 132 Raja peary mohon road want to bring the following to the notice.
    1. THAT after repeated attempts for a online commercial connections from CESC , I came to know from the Serampore office that a request has been made for connection to my property using fake credentials. When the matter was brought up, the officials conveniently ignored it by terming it as a cyber crime outside their purview and requested me to reapply online from their premises to prove my authenticity as the owner. I agreed and made a new connection request on 04/02/2022 vide reference number 07/03005/22 from the CESC Serampore branch office. I submitted all requisite documents and was instructed to come again on next date 07/02/2022
    2. On 07/02/2022 my application was approved for inspection and the same was confirmed through a email from CESC
    3. THAT on 8th feb I received a call from... Which stated that my property will be inspected on 9th February 2022 between 0900 hrs and 1300 hrs by CESC officials.
    4. On 9th feb 2022,I waited below the nearest electricity poll to my property in adherence to CESC instructions from 0900 to 1430 hrs. However no CESC officials ever arrived to conduct the inspection. My entire ordeal was witnessed by the neighbouring shop owners and my family present with me.
    Being a working professional, it is professionally debilitating for me to stand for four hours for an inspection of my property and it is extremely humiliating when it isn’t conducted. I was not even able to reach CESC and ask about the proceedings and was cluelessly waiting for the entirety of the period. I have left my property unlocked and open for inspection at 106/6 BK Street and CESC can choose to come and inspect it at their convenience. I sincerely hope that my issue will meet immediate and apt resolution without forcing me to approach higher authorities or seek legal action.
