    Respected sir/madam
    I have fastag on my vehicle HR05AJ8624
    I had visited from saharanpur to Yamunanagar on 20 January 2022 but At Sarsawa toll plaza in district saharanpur (U.P) the official at plaza told that my fastag is not working so I paid rs 110. I called customer care number of NHAI 1033 and told the customer care executive he said that your fast tag is ok but balance is low so I did the recharge of rupees 200 on 21st of January .I visited the same toll plaza on 22nd January 2022.but the person standing over there again said that machine is not reading your fast tag so iPad rupees 110 on 22nd of January. When I came back from Saharanpur to Yamunanagar on 22nd of January fast-tag was read by machine and rupees 55 was detected Fastag which mean Fastag was working properly Now question is that why it didn’t work on 20 January 2022? When I visit on 30th January 2022 at the same plaza from Saharanpur to Yamunanagar again the official said that there is problem in the fastag and took rs 220 without giving any reciept.
    Now complaint is that if there was problem in fast tag how it apna waqt on 22nd January 2022. Kindly refund me the extra payment taken on30 January 2022 and also pay the penalty for the harassment
