    I have registered a display compaint for my 55 inch TCL Smart TV on 3rd November 2021 which is under company onsite warranty. It's almost 80 days I am waiting for my replacement. Everyday I call customer care and they tell me that I will receive the TV same day. I have two numbers of the service team

    When I called these numbers, I got the information that they have my new TV, but they are waiting for the transportation for the last 18 days. How weird is this. Even no one in the customer care is able to handle my problem. This is not the right way to handle your customers.... I don't know what to do.... So I am forwarding this message to whichever online sites possible if no action from here also.
